Phew... damn tired Just back from supper at Syad and Aishah's place. Sebenarnya ada belated birthday do for Marsha sana tapi aku tak sempat join, just caught Zarina and Bob and Syuib lepak sana je.

Memang couldn't make it earlier sebab tadik lepak Sri Pentas 2 for the full dress rehearsal of the Pop Rock semifinals tuk Muzik-Muzik besok.

Dapat ler legakan fikiran. Music always soothes me... especially good stuff. And since ada some acts performing some very nice tunes, loga la sikit den.

Aku malas nak cita lelebih so just enjoy some of the pics I snapped. Of course most of them before, during (backstage and about) as well as after the rehearsal. I focused mostly on people who are my friends, so sorry kalao korang ada favourites aku tak sempat snap, either because I'm not close to them, or don't really care for them too much.

Lagi satu kalao korang perasan, I try and snap people on rotation basis. Kalao moka sama je pon bosan kan? Bazir bandwidth korang je kang nak download moka-moka sama. Heh... on to the pics!

-Velvet is in Sabah dan dia tak ikut Rich ke KL untuk semifinal Muzik-Muzik. Selesai saja malam ni, Rich akan balik ke Sabah and the couple plan to spend their time together. Baru kahwin camtuh la...

- Estranged is the only band yang bukan saja vocal live, tapi muzik pun live. Ni sebab meka takde minus one tu lagu meka, and they will rock the house.

- Because of the live set-up, meka tukar slot ngan Flava yang menggantikan The Lima (refer pada previous entry for rundown) and will open the show tonight. Ni tuk senangkan mengalihkan dan mempersiapkan amps, and the whole set-up of what they need to perform live.

- Shah dikatakan withdraw lagu Ku Merindu because Ella ada engagement lain and dia tanak penyanyi ganti sebab kisahnya, lagu tu memang dia bajet tuk Ella je. Hence kemasukan lagu Sofaz (refer pada previous entry for full list of lagu lagu yang akan dipersembahkan)

- TV3 is said to be not too happy with Mawi. And mungkin peminat pun akan upset to hear Mawi will NOT be performing for the Anugerah Juara Lagu dalam lagu dia berganding dengan Heliza dalam Doa Dalam Lagu. Ni kisahnya sebab dia akan berada di Korea ketika Anugerah Juara Lagu. Tuh la... masukkan lagu, pastu tanak block date lak. Hish... orang nak kahwin...

- Pengganti Mawi kisahnya akan ditentukan kemudian, but kalao ikutkan, dengar cerita TV3 nak Bob tuk gantikan Mawi. Ajai, selaku penulis lagu dikatakan juga inginkan Bob sebagai pengganti untuk nyanyi in place of Mawi.

Isn't it

I don't know. Things have been strange. Maybe I've just been thinking too much of things that I needn't go so deep into. Tapi entah kenapa...

Sabar je la kan. Tanak aku jadik drama queen and run away from my problems. I need to stand firm, and deal with them. No matter how painful it gets.

You can tell it's not been a good day.

Actually it didn't start that bad. It was ok, even up until aku gi Sri Pentas 2 for the dry run for the Pop Rock category.

Aku sampai lambat sikit. By the time I got there, they were two thirds done. Some like Estranged and so on tak hadir due to commitments. And those who performed earlier da balik.

Bebudak Meet Uncle Hussain, Spider, Elyana, Mila, Fabulous Cats, Flava were about. Stuck about a while to snap just a few. Esok lebih. Aku hari nileh terlupa aku nya memory card for my cam stuck in my laptop still, and internal memory hampeh, so rely pada handphone je ler nak amik pic. Esok bak digicam aku, snappy banyak sikit.

From Sri Pentas 2, gerak ke Curve. Caught a movie with Bob to pass time. Decided to settle for a more bimbo flick in Wild Child. Supposed to catch something more interesting, but it was the only one in a decent time slot... so...

Not too bad. Typical story of rich Malibu kid with LVs in tow whose mom has passed on and dad has new beau, behaving badly and sent to boarding school in England and eventually has horrendous time adjusting.

I thought it would be straight out bimbo flick, but the drama was bordering on being overplayed out. Still, watchable.

Midway through the movie, felt agitated and SMSed someone - slightly ticked off cause not only said individual busy sampai lupa aku and I felt ignored, reply lak only after this second message after ages later from the first.

Entahlah aku dituduh emo and all. Maybe I am. But who likes feeling neglected. I don't know. I am trying to avoid drama after a prime example in front of me the past few days. Tapi entahlah.... ignore je la. Just I think I shouldn't prolong this stupidity of mine.

Was quiet after the movie. Bumped into some people who I didn't care for much on the way out. Avoided conversation. Met up with bebudak 6ixth Sense, minus Wan as usual and jut kept quiet throughout the night.

Pelita seemed a blur tonight. No mood... me just in deep funk. SMS ngan Faz. She's one of the few I can talk to whenever I'm feeling down and cheers me up.

But after an hour or so, the boys got me laughing..

Bolos!

Ok quite q quick entry today. First of all nak cakap. Have you heard of those drinks Anything and Whatever? No, this is not an advertorial. Just nak tanya, sebab ramai sangat cakap pasal these two drinks. So on my way out, what did I do?


Yeap, went and bought both nak test power. Tapi dalam beli dua tin Anything dn Whatever tu, aku perasan ada Kampai! Kampai ni kan considered alcopops. Iaitu pop drink, kira macam soda la, minuman buah yang bergas, tapi ada alcohol. Rupanya mereka sekarang keluarkan versi tak beralcohol lak.

So verdict? I love the Anything and Whatever ad campaigns, but minuman meka.. erm.. not my personal taste. But I guess quite nice sebab ramai suka. Just not my cup of tea.. eh cola.

As for the Kampai? LOVE THEM! Very the same taste with the alcoholic version, but minus the arak gituh. Heh.

Anyway petang tadi ke Studio di Wisma Ali Bawal tuk rakaman Bolos. Alif amik bahagian, joined by Ayien dan Naim. Lawan sapa? Bebudak Flava.

So lepak jerk ngan sesi mengumpat aku ngan karakter misteri. Banyak gak info dapat tuk menjadi bahan gelak.

Abih je wrap party lepak Pelita. Sori ler aku tak amik pics time ni. Malas dowh!

Tapi ramai layan borak sambil tunggu bola. Pastu sibuk gelakkan ada pak pak Arab yang kecoh riuh sokong Turkey. Heh.. sakit hati Turkey menang sebab mat mat kecoh tu tak didiamkan.
Sapa ada ek. Alif, Faisal, Naim, Toi (kali pertama bebetul dapat borak ngan Toi), Syed, Juan.

Ramai lagik sebenarnya but lost count lak. Heh! Eh... Bob pun ada ngan Shuib as well as bebudak 6ixth Sense. Lupa lak.

Dugong

Today started pretty ok sebab cukup tido and all. Been retraining myself to get enough sleep, so not doing too many late nights as before. Susah wo nak reprogram your body after you so used to thinking that 2am isn't late and that sleeping when the sun is coming up is pretty normal - and you're not a freaking vampire.

Anyways, got up and sped to Hartamas for my assignment. Ada event Ikon. First time aku ke the venue in Bar Savanh at CoChine. Wow... me likey. Have always like the IndoChine feel and ambience, and this outlet was no different.

Love the decor!!! Especially the bar area with the aquarium theme. Even bilik air pon camtuh. You have to see it for yourselves. Can I have my future home done that way?

Going back to Ikon, for the second season ni senarai peserta yang diumumkan akan ambil bahagian to compete tuk wakili Malaysia.

Dari pesen rambut straighten, iron dan sebagainya tuk meluruskan rambut, diperkenalkan mini Afro Khai! Pas abih and had a bite in Bar Savanh, hopped over to Gardens in MidValley. First time langkah sini. Love it! Nice, spacey, with some pretty interesting outlets. Tapi paling besh sebab baru agik, quite empty for now.



Destination - GSC baru kat sana. Tuk pelancaran novel dan soundtrack filem Duyung. Enjoy the pics jer ek... nothing much nak ulas, though had a fun time catching up. Nak wat video ngan Maya, tapi dia rushing appointment Loreal, so nanti jer ek.






Over and done with, rushed over to the office after an attempt to do some work in izzi. Got quite a bit of work done, and had a meeting that left me in a mood that was pretty foul. Yawn...oh well. Then got a little good news to cap it off.

Pretty rollrcoaster day of emotions. No biggie.

Some sleep will fix all that...
