Ubat lelaki kuat tahan lesen

Now what the f**k is THAT supposed to mean??? Ubat lelaki kuat... tahan lesen? Erm...mungkin Bahasa Malaysia aku lemah kot tapi tak paham langsung ayat tuh. Sesiapa yang tahu, atau rajin nak call tukang pengiklan ni, silakan tinggalkan komen yer what the hell that means.

Sekaligus promosi bisnes orang nih. Jangan wat spekulasi ini perniagaan aku dah lah. Matilah!
The past couple of days have been short of sleep, and thus, siang memang membuta. Mana tak nya. Sejak ada external hard disk drive aku tuh, terus memacam layan laptop aku yang kembali ringan (including downloading all the known South Park episodes ever released at a total of 24GB!

As a result, my Christmas shopping terbantut sikit. Damn. Looks like this years is going to be a mad last minute rush.

Anyway - ni entry yang da lama janji tak posting langsung. The final episode of America's Next Top Model Cycle 9.

Am downloading Australia's Next Top Model at the moment, all three cycles, so hope it's better than the American version because honestly I think Tyra is getting to be such a cow.

Now... on to the final review - you guys will watch this sometime middle 2008 on Astro if you're lucky since it's always delayed. And 8TV will probably show it in 2009. Matilah aku...!!!
Is it just me or is Tyra getting really cliched?

"The 13 finalists of America's Next Top Model have take this competition to the next level. Some exceeed expectations, soaring to new heights. While others never got of fthe ground."

So goes Tyra's speech.

One thing for sure, ANTM is one programme that will never get hit by the writers' strike.
The judges, or Tyra, based on her intro commentary, narrowed down the weaknesses of the remaining three models.

Chantal - wonder if she has what it takes to be extraordinary.
Saleisha - relies too much on her commercial looks
Jenah - the photogenic tomboy with the sarcastic streak

Jenah didn't do the worst this round I think. She may not have carried off well, but one warning of cue cards and she did it pretty well. She did not look snotty or anything. And yet the judges seem to take it out on her this time.

Where do they place their eyes? Up their butts?

Sebelum ni you had these girls playing major c**t and no one bothered to do anything,
Chantal didn't do as good as I thought, and despite liking her, I thought she sucked in the Covergirl commercial.

Saleisha did quite well in terms of handling her composure - and props to her for that.

The jury asking the girls for their personal analysis of who's the best and who's the worst is just encouraging b***hing. Saleisha and Chantal pointed out Jenah's attitude. I mean, I agree but honeslty, the judges appeared to be setting her up for past sins.

It wasn't just the right way.

Anyway - Saleisha's commercial was criticised by Jay bur her photo was well received. She is commercial material after all, so it's her advantage.
Chantal - had a lousy commercial but agree with them that she is cut out for this because it is the real her. Her shoot was decent though.
Jenah - did decent, but I think Tyra was just nasty, as were the jury who decided to break her down, saying she was just making a joke out of the commercial. I thought it was nasty that they tried to play Brady Bunch with her trying to keep things real. It ws almost corny for them to psycho her to that level. After that - and a good photo? The best among the three actually.

If I were to go overall - Saleisha's ass should be the one sent home because Jenah has been the best in photos and Chantal is just unique and relateable.

Saleisha is just common - but obviously from the last few episodes, it was obvious that the jury were setting her up to be the champion.

Instead as expected, they sent Jenah home. What the... oh well... we knew it was going to happen.

Glad they called Chantal first, but for me I think it was to allay suspicions that Saleisha was going to win. Konon suspense la.

I have to say one thing though - it was the most emotional episode. When Jenah took a battering earlier, all three were already in tears.

When Tyra gave her badly written eulogy - all three of them cried buckets. Sniff... well it isn't Saleisha's fault that Tyra is a cow who fixed the competition.

Still, back to casting week, it was already predicted in a way when Saleisha told Chantal "let's be the last two standing".

There wasn't much time to mourn and it was to the Seventeen cover shoot.

On to the final two walk-off.in Qi Gang fashion show. I thought the fact that Tyra and the judges going down the catwalk was lame. Tyra is just trash who tries to be royalty.

My respect goes down for her with every cycle of ANTM because she keeps indulging in these little things to try and elevate her status.

Was it just me that Chantal got the hardest dresses to walk in? My heart really went out to her on the final dress. On her third walk, she AGAIN had this gorgeous, but ridiculously extravagant outfit.

Lord knows why but they put stilt walkers on both sides of the catwalk like some bad European circus in need of an Asian touch.

One of the stilt walkers stepped on Chantal's train by accident. As she was walking, the next thing you know, down comes the guy with a horrendous bump!

How do you not get affected by that?

Again with a iss Congeniality like Chantal... it was expected that she would break out of character.

Saleisha powered it up on the catwalk, but since we know it was a fix, very obvious from the last few episodes she was going to be made winner, it didn't seem to matter.

Oh, and this has to be one of the most boring finales ever.

The end?

So, Heroes draws to a close this week with the eleventh episode, while America's Next Top Model leads up to the final episode this week, for us to know who will join the other eight cycle winners.

The most predominant feeling through watching these two programs, these two particular episodes is the fact that - I should NEVER know things beforehand because it really kills the suspense.

Knowing the ending to both finales, the fun was a little erased.

Still - there were plus points. Let's begin with Heroes.

The rushed final episode (thank you striking scriptwriters) was I think the best episode of the whole Volume II... which isn't much of a compliment since it didn't generate the same excitement as when I began watching Heroes a year ago.

Still, I admit to being a Heroes freak - and remain loyal to it (unless they bring back that Niki's character, or even Jessica!).

Hope they really develop things more, at a faster pace - and avoid those stupid cliches and predictable outcomes.

Case in point, this episode, it was obvious for some many things happening that they would as it would have made sense to wrap things up this way. Still doesn't make it less sucky the fact they did so though.

The scene begins with Sylar and Maya find wimpy Mohinder, after the former lures him back with Molly. How the hell could they leave Molly in Mohinder's stupid crap hell hole with a stupider babysitter who could relinquish her guard. Senseless...

Mohinder finally realises Sylar's lost his powers and needs help, and Maya finally breaks out of the stupid misplaced trust. Like du-uh!

While Mohinder forcibly checks on Sylar, who has apparently been injected with the Shanti virus, Molly tries to help Maya by looking for Alejandro. Gee - he's dead, so she can't and Maya freaks out.

So predictable.

She goes berserk, and gets shot by Sylar. Don't worry - they don't kill off anyone prematurely unless their contracts expire. Maya is administered the serum by Mohinder on orders of Sylar - who wants to make sure it works.

And hey - it works!

Not before Elle walks in and bug zaps Sylar. Sylar escapes though - as always despit e being hurt with no powers due to the logic of desperation to survive on TV

Matt is busy with Nathan talking to Angela and retracing the steps of the elders and how Adam fits in by being the psychotic wacko who wanted to clean up the world by wiping the slate clean.
Erm... doesn't explain why Angela had her change of heart since she was so for the nuclear cleansing in Volume I.

We move on to the showdown between Hiro and Peter which gave us false promise of a showdown. Forget it... Hiro tries explaining - without saying anything much (stupid stupid stupid) about Adam's past.

So Peter bolts Hiro, and surprisingly for Adam, didn't bother killing off Hiro (which doesn't make sense because Adam's hardly known for his compassion - sloppy work if you ask me) And you'd think being 400 years old would make him smarter.

They manage to get to the vault holding the virus and Peter gets them in.

Adam goes in the vault and Hiro tries to stop Peter but gets smackdowned.
Matt steps in to use his mind games, and hey - thanks to the convenience of the script - Peter immediately knows how to use it against Matt. More stupid argument with the IQ challenged Peter by Nathan before he finally comes to and rushed to the vault.

Hiro who is in the vault grabs Adam and disappears with him as the latter drop the vial.
Of course Peter being stupid and all - has to make amends for the bimbo lovers - he stops time, grabs the vial, and destroys the virus. Whoopie!

Matt, Nathan and Peter decide to go public to expose the company (scripwriters ran out of ideas and repeated the Claire plot).

Nathan during the press conference comes out with the corny speech (monologue), and to the Independence Day (and a variety of feel good American popcorn speeches) feel, begins the tell-all.

At the very moment he is about to speak of his powers, he gets shot twice and everything goes silent, with backing tracks playing and a man seen walking away.

Hiro appears in Japan and tells Ando he's dealt with Adam who is shown buried alive.
Apparently Adam got teleported into a buried coffin. Apparently Hiro counted too much on the power of logic again that of TV. Adam'll be back.. just watch.

Claire spents the whole episode showing she is adamant on exposing the company.
West the boyband flying wonderboy chickens out and Claire gets anal with him.

Elle meanwhile continues to have Daddy issues. She discovers how she was pushed at the age of seven - to realise potential of her powers when Noah tells her all. How did she grow a heart?

Doesn't quite click with the hard-edged b****h who is so desperately seeking acceptance.
Anyway when she bolts Sylar down - we get a feeling Elle may like playing Hero in Volume III.
Bob meanwhile twists Noah's arm by threats (you mean Noah didn't think of it? - and where the f**k is the Haitian sidekick???)

Noah meanwhile chickens out - and gets Claire to stop the expose on the company - for fear of Bob's threats.

What a wimp and talk about bad direction. That easily huh...

Micah and Niki go after Monica to save her who is about to go up in flames. Boringly desperate attemp for a sense of urgency.

Niki tells Micah her powers are gone but surprisingly still she can kick ass. She also gets to play Backdraft stunt double to save Monica and gets fried - or so we assume. Someone check it Ali Larter is really going to get pulled out of the show so we can start celebrating if she really is dead.

Anyway, two things show the lead-in for Volume III.

First when Angela gets the news by a caller unidentified to us, she goes, "I now, it was unavoidable. You do know that you've now opened Pandora's Box," before putting the phone down.

Who called? What secrets will pour out now that the floodgates are supposedly open? Why bother asking these questions when Astro is only going to show this Volume in January 2008 over Star World? And will you even remember this review by the time TV3 shows it, possibly in 2009?

The other is a preview of Volume III, which we see titled Villains where Sylar cheesily injects himself (yes yes yes the serum works), he gets his powers back and goes "I'm back!" (how creative - wonder how many days they stayed up to think up of that line."

So the asshole is back. Big f***ing deal. He's definitely got a new boring. How to be repetitively boring.

Sylar takes notes from the other freak in Popeye. Spinach is good for you!

So is Niki and Nathan really dead? Who knows - don't bother making up the storylines as the logic of Heroes' writers defy any known form. It'll all depend on their contract and how much is offered we suppose.

Rumours are Jessica will be around, though Niki won't and that Nathan will live. Hell - just start injectng everyone with Claire blood already.

Have no clue and not bothered to think of what direction the story's going to go - but Tim Kring better do something to make sure Volume III doesn't disappoint like Volume II.
It really wasn't all that bad - and some parts of this episode I kind of enjoyed because it was fast paced, let's hope they keep the momentum up next season.

For America's Next Top Model, I won't even bother to go into it.

Bianca got her ghetto booty kicked off the show... about time! But we knew it was going to happen. She kept b****ing throughout this episode - but I honestly think things have slowed down without Heather and Lisa.

Jenah is boring me, but Miss Redneck comes out tops in the challenge and brought Chantal along for the prize of getting a couture traditional outfit as well as scoring a 1 on 1 catwalk session with Miss J (THAT'S a prize???!!!).

Another freak shot... is that you, Diana Ross?

By panel, Chantal had proven she rocks, and was the first called out. Bianca meanwhile - gets out of our lives finally. Sheesh - gurl... you haven't learned nothing. Your poses are as weak as your sad-assed excuses.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Here are the collective four solo shots, and a group shot - as taken by the cow names Tyra Banks.

Clockwise - Jenah, Bianca the butch b***h, Chantal and Saleisha

So only three girls remain (taking out of Tyra's ever creative monologue - who will be... America's Next Top Model? Erm... not too hard to guess based on judge's choice. Still will be cheering for Chantal (she's the one in the middle if you don't know) and cursing Tyra leading into the final show.

Thank God I'm done with those reviews. No Heroes from next week - so I get a break, while only one more episode of ANTM to go before my life resumes to normal without me looking out for each episode of both programs which I so hate, but am addicted to.

Esok pagi is Sharifah Aleya's nikah ceremony, so I gotta sleep now.

I'll post the picture of the ceremony ASAP by noon ok, so watch out for those.

Tyra is a cow!

The whole two last episodes of America's Next Model in episode 10 and episode 11 appear to be engineered to eliminate favourites, especially MY favourites in Lisa and Heather.

Somehow - things always seem to be just against them. Oh well... big effing deal. I'm gonna keep watching anyway to b***h about the show, despite things being crap at the moment, and the only person I have left to root for is Chantal.

In episode 10 - Lisa seemed to be the planned victim for elimination with Heather being the in lead in for the next elimination. Obvious sangat.

Saleisha and Bianca's bullying was was simply too much. From them thrashing her during packing to go to China. Saleisha, taking the double bed, and not wanting to share, leaving with Heather without a bed is just juvenile. Very model-esque...

Heather definitely needs an ass whooping, but not from them. Honestly, she still kicks ass when it comes to pictures, and Tyra is just crap for wanting stereotype models, walaupon asik kata nak something different.

For the first challenge of posing while flying on wires, Heather rocked by performing the best! Bianca meanwhile chickened out and cried like hell as she looked at Heather all ready as they both were paired off.

So much for ghetto chick. Boo ya!

Bianca was disqualified from the challenge and Heather won the overall challenge.
Erm...someone tell Jenah she looks like a clumsy cow - and also let Chantal and Saleisha know that it's KUNG-FU and not karate they're doing. I think they just insulted the people of China.
Anyway Heather won a shopping spree and brought Chantal.

For the photo shoot, it's time for the Covergirl shoot.

Saleisha is a Valley girl, and totally so fake and bubbly with commercial qualities. But forget high fashion.

Bianca just doesn't own it, and I don't know why she's come this far. But I love her reason for being a Covergirl queen.

"I have flaws, but I make them beautiful."

Still - the fact that she didn't do the challenge, and looked like an overpuffed drag queen was just horrible, and her reason for being a queen was no reason to save her.

Matilah Laurielle.

Heather did badly during the shoot - admittedly.
But I don't see a reason why Bianca is there. She turned down a challenge for God's sake! She should go.

All the girls struggled... and they weren't all that different. I think the best would have been Chantal. She IS a Covergirl.

Lisa struggled too - and it's obvious she and Heather are the weakest in the public speaking department - but since when has THAT ever been such a dominating criteria of being a a model?
Lisa's photgraphy was fine! and even Jenah was sucky in her commercial. Still, in the end it was Lisa and Heather in the bottom two. F**k!!!

Arghhh!!!

Systematic elimination!

The judges are obviously showing favour towards Saleisha, and it's no surprise thst they've identified her as the winner... the LOUSIEST butt-ass boring model ever picked on the show.
Check out Lisa's portfolio. Saleisha... go back where you came from!

In episode 11 - Heather was the next. After being in the bottom two last week with Lisa, we knew Heather was going home. No matter how good she could have done, it wouldn't have saved her. The show is bloody rigged.

Heather messed up on the go-see simply because of her condition, tapi while that's no excuse, come on!!!

Bianca looked horrendous and still she's there.

As the next challenge takes place in Beijing, it's obvious with Heather gone - the judges are hard pressed. Mesti kencing dalam seluar punya. With Chantal being the only popular favourite, the judges have to decide between her and Saleisha, Bianca and Jenah which they've been pushing from the start. But since we already know the winners... oh well.

Tyra goes on to how Jenah and Heather, both of whom are in the bottom two, are the strongest in the photos - but have problem commiunicating.

Blah blah blah Tyra. I curse you to bloat up again!

Despite her condition, I'm sure she'll work it and have a bright future in modelling. Heather... not Tyra.

"The experience is much more than the prize" was what Heather's parting words were.
Aw.... isn't that just touching.

Not much suspense for what's coming up. Getting sick of seeing Tyra for now. And someone tell Miss J to get some work done on his face AND hair. Talk about setting a bad example for the girls. Enough already...

So these four remain... and I don't really want to know about Saleisha winning. Puke!

Damn Streamyx... my line has been wonky so am not going to stay online long. Toodles!

Heroes - leading up the final - a double!

So I've been really busy and all, but so sorry lah guys sebab aku lambat sangat update. Plus, aku janji nak review, yang tangguh sampai dua minggu punya worth tak posting langsung.

Anyway, here are the reviews of two episodes of Heroes back to back for you guys, if you're following it on free TV, ko baru nak layan season one lupakan jer lah. Kejam I know... but tu meka yang nak layan Astro, bookmark my blog cause you're going to need it (the spoilers sebelom nih apply kalao ko masih lom tau).

So here it goes...

Previously... on Heroes. Two episodes lagik.
In episode nine, Cautionary Tales, here's what happens (aku malas so I'm putting it point by point on developments.

-Noah starts the family packing, and Claire picks a fight because she's pissed about what happened to West as her hormones take over. Drama moment! She says, "I hate you!" to daddy with the horn rimmed glasses!

Ooh! Claire picks up a new hobby and piles up rocks spelling SORRY to West. She could have just picked up the phone, because either way West doesn't give a flying you know what for her apology.

He does fly into Noah - and they both put their past behind to save Claire.
Daddy meanwhile goes "You've gone native!" as Mohinder sets him and Elle gets ready to bug zap him. West flys into Elle (bad habit of his).

Isaac's next painting to come true

-Father issues are also big, as Hiro buries father Kaito. He pops back in time a week before to try to save his father. His father allows himself to be saved. Hiro, after massive live flashbacks - agrees not to be so childish with his powers. He does however get to identify his father's killer as Adam Monroe, also known as Takezo Kensei.

-One half of the two dads in Matt - is having parental issues as he starts experiencing with the dark side of his power in using his mental magic to get Molly to do what he wants, including eating her cereal (there must be an easier way!) He uses it further to get back into the Kaito Nakamura case.
He also uses it on Angela Petrelli

-Mohinder is hopeless as always, and tries to get Claire's blood to save Nikki (bad excuse... I would just let Nikki die). Elle, Bob's daughter, plays executioner to deal with Noah in case he gets in the way.

He gets the company standard issue gun (like du-uh....so much for his willpower when he knew about Isaac Mendez's painting)

He sets up Noah.

-Bob visits Claire and freaks her out at being discovered. freaks out. He gets more than he bargains for when Elle gets caught by Noah - and uses her power to her disadvantage.

Note : How to make sure an electricity zapping person is secured when caught. Place her in bucket of water so if she tries zapping you - she'll electrocute herself.

Noah gets the best line "Stings like a b***h doesn't it?" He also reveals to Elle how she was also subject to the Company's experiments, obviously remembering none of it thanks to the Haitian.

Stings like a b****h doesn't it?

Bob takes Claire's blood before the trade.

Trade takes place - and surprise surprise - Noah gets shot, after Elle bolts West and Claire, and he tries to blow Bob and Mohinder goes cuckoo.

Isaac was always good in art class. Until he freaked everyone out...

We find out however Noah isn't dead and in the final scene - his eyeball grows back and he comes back alive - thanks to the infusion of Claire's blood, thanks to Mohinder.

Most beautiful moment - When the carp delivers his non-eulogy to his father as the scenes from every thing else cuts into place. Touching... oh, also Claire's mother finally gets a name - Sandra.

In episode ten, we learn that the Shanti virus, was apparently - according to Adam, created by Victoria Pratt, as we learnt last episode, the only remaining elder and founder of the company.
Adam convinces Peter that they have to look for the virus to destroy it to avoid a breakout.

Lucky for Adam, Peter IS as stupid as he looks.

He even believes Adam is right when he blasts Victoria, despite her saying that Adam was going to kill her. This guy isn't going to be joining Mensa soon that's for sure. We however learn that the powers of regeneration - while may mean immortality, it stops at getting your head blown up - which is the point of no return. It must also hurt a lot.

-Truth and Consequences begins with that, and Bob bringing Noah's 'ashes'. More pain theraphy as West plays angel to Claire. Aw... how sweet. Note to producers - the ash-dumping scene would have been made more meaningful if we had known Noah wasn't alive.

-Daddy issues continue as Elle, begins to feel resentment towards her domineering father. Bob meanwhie is faced with Mohinder's demand to rid the company of it's virus stash.
After of course he creates a cure when he comes across a possible cure when he injects himself with Claire's blood.

Mohinder meanwhile sucks at playing daddy when he leaves Molly alone. Both Mohinder and Matt really have to work out who keeps the day job and who is a stay home mom....

-Niki goes back to Micah to tell him she's got the virus, as her son's comic book stash is stolen by his cousin, who gets jacked. Seriously... big time crooks wanting comic books???!!! Micah is pissed because daddy's medal is in there (father issues again) and cousin Monica plays hero and tries to get back his stuff, and gets caught. Suspense! Never mind the bad rip-off of Spiderman - with the costume inspiration theme.

How original...

-Sylar convinces Maya her brother hates her and teaches her to control her powers. Maya dumps her brother (sibling issues are ok, we've outdone the father issues) for Sylar, sampai dia leh tak caya her own brother that Sylar is a killer, believing that he's as misunderstood as her.

Oh please. Can you say, STUPID?

Sylar even goes on to kill Alejandro who attacks him - and ends up snogging Maya. How's that for evil! Yes, Alejandro dies.

-Hiro finds the link to who Kensei is, and hunts down Adam after finding out where the virus is. He freezes time when he arrives to find Peter with Adam.

Peter doesn't get frozen in, and the episode ends with a showdown of both. Can they both kill themselves? Kind of sick of them. But if you've read the spoilers I gave several weeks ago - you already know the outcome of everything that's going to happen.

Sword versus lightning bolt... gee.. who's going to win?

The highlight - Next week's finale when everything thankfully comes to an end for them to think of a better season that the not-so-good season two - in no part made better by the Hollywood writer's strike.

The finale showdown?

Shit!!! (oops...pardon my French) This means Heroes will end next week, so if Chantal is eliminated from America's Next Top Model next, I won't have anything to watch. Damn!

PS - I'll post a double review of America's Next Top model tomorrow, when both my favourites are sadly outed. Damn you Tyra! I hope you bloat up again.

Model Heroes

This is my delayed two in one review for this week's episodes of Heroes and America's Next Top Model. For some reason, while I was keen to watch ANTM with the final coming close, I wasn't that enthusiastic this week about Heroes. I don't know if the magic is wearing off, but the fire is just not the same as it was when the series started.

Hope it picks up big time because I think they're flatlining at the moment.

So let's start with ANTM.
America's Next Top Model episode nine seemed for some reason to harp on Heather's insecurities and all. This is a bad sign - they seem to be explaining how Heather isn't as good as she really is.

In fact - the jusfification seems to be extending to Lisa and Chantal. Screwed! The production seems to be extolling Bianca's non existent virtues and her mediocre ability to model, so again that's a bad sign.

Damn... is this a sign that the my three gals aren't going to make top three Bianca is?
Ambreal was the obvious disposable one this episode, but I have to say, the competition now is very stiff!

It's my three favourites again Jenah, the redneck who delivers a pretty picture, Bianca the b***h who is nothing to shout about and Saleisha, who is... erm just there.

But credit to Bianca - this week's challenge was right up her alley as she could model and speak, something that left Heather in the deep end.

In fact, I think I preferred her over Saleisha.

Lisa crashed too - like Heather and they both did the worse.

But when it comes to design of the dresses created by that monstrosity of that auntie's outfit alone, I think Chantal's was the best.

Saleisha brings Lisa and Bianca along for her win in a jewellery shoot. Big deal.

Heather blows up cause she goes for the shower Saleisha and Lisa. She gives the Exorcist glare - it was definitely so wrong for her to deal with the matter that way - but hey, if Bianca can get away with murder...

The actual photo shoot was crap - as everyone did crap. Ambreal had a premonition by hinting Jay hated her model wannabe rear. And I would too cause she was the most posey.

In the judging round - a surprise was waiting.

What the...

There it is again...

Cheesy, but yes, but the lion popping it's head in the background was to tell the girls, that those who survived this cut would make it to China for the next leg of the competition.

In terms of the photos, I thought all the pics were mediocre - though Heather's was I think the second worst next to Ambreal. Hope she improves... really do.

But overall there was nothing spectacular at all.

Still worried that Chantal, Heather and Lisa were the bottom bits escaping Ambreal's fate. Sedih siot tengok Lisa nangis called second last in fear of elimination.

Awww.... dont cry Lisa!

It's getting close to the final... so five girls remain (suara ala Tyra nih). Who will become.. America's... Next... Top... Model!

Now on with Heroes. The episode Four Months Ago,starts with everything zooming back erm.. four months ago, picking up where things got weird and disjointed.

So we catch up on things as Adam @ Kensei whips up a dose of memory healing for Peter to remember. And the stories start.

*How DL actually survived being shot by Linderman. As Niki and Micah rejoice, Bob pops up. He tells Niki he's cleaning up Linderman's mess, and want to help her rid her of her powers and Jessica - after being the gentleman in paying DL's bills.

Waste of money really .

Anyway a month later, Niki is on medication by the Company to suppress her powers. It gets her all weird and she flushes down the medication.
Jessica, her sister immediately returns - oh wait a minute.

She's not!

It's her split personality, Gina now! Oh God! Anyway, Gina takes over...

DL meanwhile uses his power in his new job as a fireman as he blames Jessica for disappearing.
Niki comes back, but DL gets shot by the thus with Gina before.

And that's when three weeks before the new episode, Niki decides it's time to put her self-destructive weirdness to rest. Bob shows up and Niki obviously agrees to help this time.

*How Peter persuaded Nathan to drop him before he exploded. We're then shown Peter bringing Nathan to the emergency room - after he obviously flew to save himself and regenerated after exploding and caught Nathan (isn't it amazing how fast his powers work)

And then they saw the light - with the falling ratings of Heroes

Anyway - Peter gets zapped by Elle (who has a fascination for him), who's with Bob (again) as they bring him in for the Company - to offer ridding him of his powers.

By the way, we learn that Elle, whose powers suppress the abilities of others apart from zapping them with bolts, is the one responsible for Peter's season two haircut.

By the way, the Haitian pops up again.

Anyway, Peter's treatment room just happens to be next to Adam @ Kensei.

Bad idea!

After a month of trying, Adam breaks through Peter's defences.

Another month later, we find Elle still being weird playing with bolts with Peter.

She then lets us into her personal history which includes accidentally set her grandmother's house on fire when she was six, caused blackouts in four counties in Ohio when she was eight, spent her ninth birthday in a glass room with an IV of lithium, and spent the last 16 years living in the Company after being diagnosed as a sociopath of paranoid delusions - to which she claims they're just out to get her because she threatened to kill them.

She's also 24, never been on a date, on a rollercoaster or swimming.

Horny as hell - we can tell.

Adam meanwhile psychos Peter, stressing the point that they're in a prison.

Adam offers a cure for Nathan's condition - with his blood and they're planning a breakout.

Two Face? We're watching Batman?

So he uses his ultimate power - his sex appeal (yuck!) and doesn't take the pills to suppress his power.

He uses DL's power of walking through walls, and literally walks out with Adam

Nathan meanwhile looks nasty! And has ended up telling the truth to his wife, and mama Petrelli goes on to say that it's just insanity that runs in the family.

Back to Adam and Peter, Elle and the Haitian tack them down.

Elle - simply shocking!

As they split - the Haitian takes away Peter's memory to allow him to start a new life as he pack Peter into the container they evetually found him in.

We don't know what happened between Elle and Adam though.

*How Maya and Alejandro had their beginnings at Alejandro's wedding, Maya showed her power for the first time, killing the whole town when she turned on her mojo as she catches Alejandro's wife snogging with her former boyfriend.

Guess she's a little claustophobic and gets irritated by like me too.

Maya makes a run - and Alejandro finds her.- as a nun? The stories are getting really weird!
Alejandro brings the police - and Maya turns it on - only to discover that when she and Alejandro touch, he absorbs her power and stops it.

That's when they make a run for it.

Like what?

First, my delayed America's Next Top Model episode eight of cycle nine review. Have to start reviewing cepat sikit ler...will try next week. Usual problem is usually pas download, takde masa nak tengok jer.

Anyways, now I'm worried. Chantal is definitely slipping as I've seen her really not deliver in the past few challenges, which is so disappointing, and this week was the same as she was in the bottom two, bottom three with the two rednecks in Sarah (thank God she got eliminated!) and Jenah.

This episode went by pretty fast and I was kind of disappointed that the video session could have been used for the elimination because I think it's just not fair to base the girls on something not necessarily a model requirement.

But there were some moments to speak of.

Cheesiest Moment
When Tyra played know-it-all about moving sexy in front of the camera for a music video, just cause she's been in George Michael's (ages ago!) and Lionel Ritchie (even longer and no one even cares)

Most Revealing Moment
The whole episode that Sarah was definitely going out, from her constant laments about her weight loss to her confusion of categorisation to the telling expression that she was confident of being eliminated just before Tyra whipped out Chantal's pic.

Cutest Moment (also Creepiest Moment)
Heather actually staring at the Tyra Mail with this creepy look for about five seconds before even more creepily calling the rest of the girls to read it.

Obvious Judges Favourite
Jenah, simply because they definitely cannot see anything wrong about the redneck. Yuck!

Most Overplayed Drama
Sarah's breakdown when she got the boot as I rejoiced.Perlu ke emo pelbagai kalao sendiri dah tau memang nak kena sepak kuar dah.

Justified Moment
When Lisa got called as the feature girl for Enrique Iglesias' music video, followed by Heather! Also whn both of them got called first and second respectively after judging. Knew they had the goods from the start but it feels great that they're progressing so well. Included a shot of Chantal because I think not only she wasn't the worse (Bianca's hootchie is so wrong as well as Jenah's redneck pose), she looks hot here.

Scary Model Passing Out Moment
Heather losing it and half-collapsing during the video shoot. Menakutkan ok, I half thought she couldn't go out and she might have pulled out or been eliminated by default for some reason.

The biggest As If! Moment
"Where others are lacking, I've got it all" says Jenah. Please lah... she really thinks too much of herself.

Sisterhood Moment
Chantal, was among the few girls who genuinely worried about Heather, and I like her all the more along with Lisa and Heather for her warm nature.

Reformed Bitch Back With A Vengeance Moment
Bianca's obvious jealousy towards Heather. Well, she's been jealous of everyone, and she cooled down after the makeover, but looks like she's starting now, and is getting worse by the moment because tak puas hati asyik outdone by Heather.

Biggest Rip-Off Moment
When they so-called starred in the Enrique Iglesias video of Tired Of Being Sorry. Dahler lagu bosan, video pun bosan, with half naked girls jer prancing about (so much for female empowerment, Tyra)

Hello? There were two versions of the video, one with the challenge video shot, andf the other being the actual music video.

Macam buang masa jer dapat feature in the video. Dahler bukan main starring role, pastuh kuar sesaat dua, pastu the eventual product takde pun muka meka.

Check out these Youtube clips of the videos.

First is the one with the girls - second tuh yang actual one released by Sony BMG.

Tired Of Being Sorry (Enrique Iglesias)- America's Next Top Model challenge version

Tired Of Being Sorry (Enrique Iglesias) - Actual video released by Sony BMG

Anyhoo, aku nak retire early today. Big day tomorrow. Oh pada siapa yang nak tau result separuh akhir, lagu lagu yang layak ialah Samudera (Johan Nawawi/Ahmad Fedtri Yahya) performed by Nora, Kasihnya Balkis (Adnan Abu Hassan/Moharis Yaakup) sung by my big bling bling sister Aishah and Dirgahayu (Radeen Sri/Hairul Anuar Harun) nyanyian Ramlah Ram.

Tak amik banyak pics sebab bosan gila semalam. Props to Haziq and Rosma for being crowd favourites! Sayang tak layak... but takpe, janji performance korang one of the best for the night.
Ok guys...signing off.. enjoy the pic.

Shocking or boring?

Delayed America's Next Top Model cycle nine, episode six review!

Of course the topic is going to be about Ebony's withdrawal. Was it shocking? Honestly not. Would have figured it out by the way things were going. Ebony made it pre-tty clear she didn't want to be there, after the challenge after showing some initial doubts earlier. And you could tell she was just hoping to bugger off.

Even Tyson Beckford popping in didn't inspire her to better herself dan cuba untuk nak perbaiki dia. And she just... gave up!

Sad... still in a way, I think it's pretty obvious that she just gave up on herself, so bagus gak dia tak buang masa orang dan tarik diri.

You can tell that Tyra was pissed too, dissing Ebony as a quitter.

And she is pathetic too (Ebony I mean) cause she made the cut miraculously despite the ugliest picture, and STILL she quit. Bodoh ke apa???

Camna aku da mula suka dia, I think it's better she go anyway.

Tapi aku tak puas hati tol sebab Tyra didn't proceed with the elimination.

Ok, so they have a production schedule, but since Ebony was on the chopping block, it means Ambreal STILL should have been cut.

Oh well...

Stupid judges leh kata Ambreal patut kena kick. Ok so she has had a bad run, but lain pun teruk gak. Padan muka, wat malu yang meka pilih to stay on, quit. Just shows for the last few seasons, they've kind of lost the plot, being unable to spot real model material.

She really needed to go - to the loo!

Her casting video which got her in

I agree it was kind of sad to see her casting video of how she begged Tyra to take her in the show - very Akademi Fantasia. Good for a sob or two...

Oh well. On with the competition. For this show, the challenge of the spokesperson ads by the models in groups of three were all good. Surprisingly, Heather, Jenah and Ambreal did very well, despite their lack of planning and direction - and winning the challenge. Heather in a draw won the shoot with art direction by Mary J. Blige, which made me really happy.

Suka sangat tengok dia... I think she honestly may be at least top three finishers, even if there is a surprise and she doesn't win, cause apart from Chantal, she is smoking hot. Lisa (anyone notice her hair is straightened out dah?) appears to be losing it slowly, and just hope she regains it as soon as possible.

No matter what her disadvantages and handicaps are, she is really quick on the ball when it comes to modelling - and laju je dia pick up on improving herself on the judges's criticism about her asyik amik pic profile je.

The rest?

I don't know... macam buang masa jerk. Jenah? Just still can't put up with the redneck, sebab I think the judges are just so biased for her, and even though she looks like she just emerged from a trailer!

And the other redneck-esque cunt in Sarah? Boot her already! Argh! She should never have made it in the first place.

Anyway, didn't like most of this week's pics, as there was a lot of flaws in most of them. Ada je benda aku tak suka kali ni, even though biasanya I have at least five different shots.

So here are the remaining eight girls, and here's hoping things pick up next week. Whatever it is, I see my favourites as the final three in Heather, Chantal and Lisa, most likely in that order.
Arghh!!!

Why is TV so bland this week? First the boring episode of Heroes, and then this stupid episode of America's Next Top Model?

Is it a warped sweeps week where they see who has the worst program development?

Oh whatever...

Rednecks!

Finally, I've got time to come about to finish my review of episode five of America's Next Top Model cycle nine episode five. Hari ni pas semalam clubbing abih, I really felt too lazy to go out, which means I'm in front of my laptop the whole day.

Of course layan gak some movies I didn't get around to watching yet, like Ratatouille apart from jazzing up my myspace page. Kalau korang lum add aku, my myspace is HERE.

Sebenarnya lagi satu sebab because since my splitting headache on Thursday, it's been recurring daily. Oh well, what to do. Popped a couple more Panadols and hoped it holds out je lah.

On with the show review.

Ok, honestly. Someone tell me they didn't suspect it would be Janet to be eliminated with all the focus on her the last episode of America's Next Top Model.

It's almost getting obvious.

Anyway, this episode, I'm just getting tired of Jenah. I mean she takes good pics, but she looks like a freaking redneck, acts like one and talks like one.

I love Heather more and more because in her analytical overview of everyone's weaknesses, she was almost spot on, even about herself. Sarah too. Both of them are such messes in real life, that you just can't help but wonder how the bejeebers Tyra and the panel picked them up.

In their training, for the trampoline poses, Ebony was just a laugh. Dia ni lama lama tambah seronok lak ada character dia. I mean after her intial b***hy streak, I really wanted her out. And even though she opted for a drastic change that really affected her performance, I'm glad to see that she finally can balance between being fun and yet bringing out the look in her shots.

Saleisha and Chantal were just fluid but Ambreal was the most amazing because of her dance background.

Heather was an absolute klutz but she did try and given her handicap, she still deserves a round of applause. Amazing, compared to Lisa yang malas gila nak try.

The challenge of posing while being held up on the ice led to another round of hate.

Sarah and Jenah played devil's advocate b***hing about the win by Lisa. As for Ambreal, she was frustrated, but she took it better than what those two stupid rednecks were going on about.

Lisa took Janet and Ebony along for her win, which was a photoshoot for an Akademiks spread in Seventeen along with cycle six winner Dani.

The rednecks along with Bianca decided to chip in hating on Lisa, and Saleisha played mediator in telling Lisa, which thankfully she didn't break down at. Credit to Ambreal - when Janet asked for help on her poses, she helped out. Now that's charitable in the face of competition.

On with the challenge, the looking like fashion gargoyles, Ebony was the most amazing in the sense that she delivered. I think she's settling in and I think that the judges were being hard on her commenting on her look going into judging. I mean, they make comments about Jenah, but they don't issue an ultimatum to the damned redneck. Kan?

America's Next Top Redneck Model!!!

The rednecks bond when Lisa complains to panel

Sarah was boring as all hell - and I think those two are just common, despite Jenah being good in shots so far.

Check out the look both of them give to each other when Tyra asks Lisa what's dulling her shine, and she replies it's because some of the girls at getting catty. Tell me you don't to b***hslap them!

Speaking of b***hes, Bianca finally took a good picture, and for her sake, let's hope that she ditched the b***h ass hoe act soon so she can compete.

I have no idea why they decided to ditch Lisa, despite her shot not being the best. Again, I think they're being hard on certain contestants for a reason.
Lisa, Bianca, Ebony, Chantal got called in the top four - with Jenah taking fifth, but despite her picture being good, just getting tired of her redneck ass.

Only Heather was not in the top five among my usual faves in her, Lisa and Chantal, but she did quite well too. Here are what I think are the best shots of the bunch this week.

Bianca

Chantal

Ebony

Heather

Lisa

Somebody please get rid of the rednecks already. Sheesh! Eh, ok lar.. nak sambung layan DVD sat. Be posting tomorrow...
