Yum!

Petang tadi gerak ke KL. Malas sebenarnya nak redah ke bandar yang memang slalu jam. Tapi dalam malas sebab dah janji sana sini, merajinkan diri gak tuk ke launch Anak Wayang di mana contestant semua diperkenalkan. Amik ko wat kat Starhill, smack dead center of town. Ouch!

I arrived when it had started (malas sampai awal dok melangut jerk), so was in the thick of things when I made my way through the crowd that had gathered.

Alamak! F**k!!! Someone f**king forgot to mention to me it was a coctail event! Matilah ko aku setakat pakai t shirt and jeans! Damn damn damn! Very the tak sesuai nak dibawa majlis.

But masa aku sampai, bebudak Popshuvit tengah perform as guests, and somehow, suddenly I didn't feel so out of place. In fact, in a hall full of stuffy penguin suits, it was kind of cool... in a reject, sore thumb kind of way. Oh well...

Nampak ramai sangat kengkawan... seronok. Decided to park myself near Fauziah Nawi pas salam dengan Umi, who is honestly one of the most respected local actresses in my book.

Dalam lepak ngan dia, and also Vanidah who was with hubby Rashidi, when I heard ada orang cakap, something along the lines of "sombong, tak tegur" or "tak nampak kita".. something like that. Turned around. Alamak!!! Camna leh tak perasan... kak Marlia and abang Nasir ada.

Needless to say pastuh terus stuck stuffing hors d' oeuvres that passed by while borak ngan abang Nasir talking about the music industry. Abang Nasir is one of the people I so respect in this business, and while sometimes our views on things are different, it is good to listen to experienced men like him (not just people who claim to know it all but nan ado yang berlambak in this line) who have been through it all and take something from it to learn.

Talked about my business... syukur lah abang Nasir pun bagi galakkan.

Actually some people have asked me... what exactly is it that you're going to do now that you've finished with Akademi Fantasia.

Well, guys, camni cerita. I have spent a total of 12 over years writing for both The Sun and The Malay Mail, as well as contributed to magazines and websites, and online portals etc.

So somehow, while I know I'm going to miss it (am missing it like crazy da actually), am opening an outfit with my business partner(s) (mungkin ada seorang lagi masuk).

Why and what am I going to be doing.

Ok... let me put it this way. After all this time, I think, among my peers, I have proven I can roll with the best. I have learnt so much from experienced journalists in news and entertainment and thankfully am recognised by my peers in just slightly over a decade. So now, on to the next challenge.

I think I have hit my max point, so now it's on to something else... though one day... I may just make a comeback in this field. Though it won't be the same scenario, that's for sure.

The company I'm co-starting up is basically going to function as consultants for every imaginable thing in the entertainment industry. So far, scriptwriting, PR work, image consultancy, programme conceptualisation, events... you name it, we do it. I decided against specialisation sebab aku nak kalao leh, we offer the wealth of experience amassed from based what my partners and I have gone through in this business.

Am not in the business to hob-nob or socialise je. But two big reasons. One, to hopefully bring a difference in the direction we offer and secondly to make big money lah of course. Heh! Of course lah. You think live on fresh air (which is so nan ado nowadays) and sunshine kah?

Yes, am also venturing into recording. I can't say much at the moment, but I am lucky to have people from all disciplines in the business - producers, songwriters, lyricists, arrang, eventsers, musicians, graphic designers, videographers, photographers, make up artists, fashion designers - among the many friends I've amassed in the time I worked in this business.
And yes, they have all basically thrown their support to prove that sometimes... glitz and glamour alone isn't enough.

When it comes to creative bodies of work, ramai sangat orang baru dalam industri kita nih yang nak break in, find it so hard. I've always scouted for new talent in every field, and this time, I am going to recruit them to offer a platform to boost their status so they can show - despite the financial setback, in comparison to their experienced peers ataupun their lack of experience, there is something they can offer.

So tuh yang sebenarnya dalam perancangan. Sebenarnya kenapa sangat dalam perancangan simple je. I have been advised tarikh yang sesuai untuk membuka bisnes nih. Bukan leh main boh. Am lucky to get the 'advisor' to one of the head honchos of a big company to settle that for me.

So tuh je sebenarnya delay. Waiting for that date. Set up is not going to be big... but God willing, we have financial backing yang will help us realise several big projects - the moment they come through with discussions.

Hah... hope that clears things up.

Ok back to Anak Wayang (ceh jauh lari). I think we spent about three hours lepaking there, sebab fun abih with all friends there. Apart from Popshuvit, Stacy and Aril pun perform and then the 25 contestants who will begin their journey in the show paraded in.

I don't know how they will do sebab tak dapat tengok lakonan mereka, but here's hoping the show will be great.

Maut - the review

So after having hung about the shooting of Maut, then named Malaikat Maut before the change in title some two years ago ketika shooting kat Sentul - did Maut live up to my expectations?

Yes and no.

It's not really a horror as the title would directly suggest. In fact, being a lover of horror movies, I was hardly - not even mildly horrified by any part of it - apart from the atrocious use of lighting which was as good as shoving a floodlight up someone's bum and asking them to direct it randomly. Matilah awal awal da nak carut... kannnnn!!!

Like I said, hampir dua tahun lepas, aku penah cover shooting adengan car crash yang korang akan dapat tengok dalam cita ketiga yang melibatkan Que, Sherry, Awal dan Nana. Lapan jam lebih gak dok set tengok meka wat. Also had a long talk with abang Bade over his vision for the movie then.

Ok... let's see. Opening the movie, and in between, the graphics of a tree, yang gugur daun tiap kali tuh, as a non Muslim aku memang tak paham... sehingga kengkawan explain. So the tree is life, and tiap kali daun gugur tuh there's a death, and malaikat maut akan menjalankan tugas. Erm... ok then.

Mai start filem ni yang ala syampu Rejoice 3 in 1.

STORY #1
Si Lina ni naik bas, kebetulan si Fadilah is on it as well... looking bored to death. Maybe she is dead cause lakonan ia memang tahap mayat bergerak. Oops!

Tetiba, kat umah, si Lina dapat tamu. Rupanya si Fadilah ketok pintu mintak tolong sebab beg dia kena ragut and she needs shelter for the night sebab dia tak dapat teruskan perjalanan dia balik ke rumah makcik dia.

Esoknya, si Fadilah vanishes into thin air. Ilang terus without a trace, dan takde orang percaya cita si Lina. Especially bila kuar berita yang Fadilah nih missing.

At the end of it, rupanya si Fadilah has been raped and murdered and her body is found by Lina yang guided to look for answers.

What did I think?
Well, first of all, the premise of the story was quite interesting, though not exactly unique. Berapa banyak cita da kita layan pasal souls returning to guide the living with the agenda to seek peace over their untimely demise. So as the opening number gituh, I don't think this was a good lead in, as it didn't bear any promise of the other two stories to come.

The problems with continuity didn't help. Konon Lina dan si housemate dia tengok berita, and she realises it was the girl that had slept over - ngarut sangat. Tatau la aku missed something, tapi tanpa imej perempuan tu, aku wonder how the hell did Lina figure out it was the same girl.

Also the character of Lina ni tak strong and there is no related spooking to make it believable yang dia sanggup go through all the problems of finding out what happened to Fadilah.

Back soal conti, I wonder how Lina found Fadilah's parents' home, and leh percaya ke yang stakat berbekalkan info Fadilah dia sanggup redah carik tempat yang Fadilah kata nak headed.

Bab kawasan kubur tuh - it was laughable to imagine one area yang Bukit haper si Fadilah tuh bagitau, takde rumah bagai... I mean.. oh never mind.

What's even more laughable is that with her body being out in the elements for days, decomposition would have set into quite advanced stages, but part mayat ditunjuk sikit nampak flawless je. And yet leh terbau? Someone who wants to do stuff like this please do your homework. Jangan lak pasni alasan - tu la... strange circumstances... ko kena paham... tu yang peliknya. Puh-lease.

Erm... and dare I mention the abuse of the KLCC skyline and sound effect nak horrify orang yang nan ado jadiknya?

Overall - it was tahap drama TV je, and lakonan kesemua pelakon kayu abih, even Liyana (sorry gurl... you know I love you but this is not our best)

Maybe it's just me, but seriously there was no direction nor build up for the second story. And what's with Danny's character balak takleh pakai tuh? Waste of time, and space, which like so many things in the story - brought nothing to the storyline at all.


STORY #2
Ni lak cita si Farah yang pramugari. Dia kawin ngan mamat omputeh sekor ni and hidup dia bergelumang dosa gituh - bila hidup nya Islam pada nama saja bukan amalan.

Waking up in a hospital - Farah cita pada sorang minah ni yang helps her out, about how she died and was tormented in hell before given a second chance.

Ok... honestly this story paling sesuai tuk slot drama swasta Very TV drama quality.

It's preachy, overdrawn and just cliched!

Dari dialog, ke adengan meka melakukan memacam maksiat, it seemed so fake and composed in the mind of someone who must have envisioned a typecast lifestyle.

The CGI ok ok though... tapi masuk bab dia diseksa tuh, cam a cartoon version of Mummy Returns lak. I don't know... maybe the visual effects were better, but with a huge freaking disclaimer plastered taking up half the screen, I couldn't tell.

Acting skills were virtually non existent - and at this point, technical issues including out of focus shots and really bad lighting direction was enough to get me shaking my head. Which was a step up from laughing at the really bad script.


STORY #3
If you thought cita ketiga ni was going to save everything, tajuk albumnya NAN ADOOOO!!!

Cita ni mengenai JJ yang feeling black metal dan bertatu dan bergaul bebas... semua bebas la sampai ngongkek sana sini. Of course no scenes of that lor.

Dalam perjalanan balik dari konsert black metal yang sebenarnya lebih meyerupai konsert Siti Nurhaliza tapi cuma lighting gelap with a very bad singer screeching again cliched lines of worshiping the dark lord - JJ dan kengkawan dia kemalangan.

At this point I must add, yang like the second story, everything seems so contrived and cliched.

Sambung balik, kematian JJ tak aman langsung, sampai lubang kubur pun tanak tima. Very the local urban legend tau... this me likey. Localised content for our brand of horror. Cuba lebihkan elemen camni tuk identiti kita sendiri.

I really have to commend Que Haidar. His performance made the whole movie worth watching with him being in his element - just like in Syaitan. Sakit bontot aku nak alih kiri kanan nak elak kebas, tak sabar movie ni habih, berbaloi hanya kerana dapat tengok lakonan dia yang bebetol menjadi tuk hidupkan watak JJ.

Lain dari tuh... this film menjadi horror - sebab aku tak caya they still can make this kind of movies.

It's not as bad as Congkak - which was I think one of those movies yang bebetol memalukan filem Melayu. Maut has promise, just maybe the direction was too cliched, and too drawn from things we've all seen too much off by someone who may not have done enough homework into relevant topics that was to be potrayed.

At the end of the day, the moral of the whole film aku leh summarise is this :
Story #1 - This shit COULD happen to you!
Story #2 - This shit NEARLY happened to you!
Story #3 - Damn you bitches! Da warning ngan dua story masih tak sedar diri - nih diaaaaa one way tiket ke neraka lahanat oiii!!!

Heh... matilah pepandai je aku.

So is Maut worth going to the cinemas for? Yeah well.... it is. If only for Que Haidar's acting and the occasionally interesting camera work selain niat menyokong filem Malaysia. Just keep your expectations low. I know aku for one, wished abang Bade tak wat filem ni after he amazed me with Syaitan which I thought was an interesting piece of work.

Korang gi layan Maut ok. The movie from Tayangan Unggul has a mixed cast of new and upcoming and more experienced names in Liyana Jasmay, Sabrina Hassan, Que Haidar, Eja, Hasnul Rahmat, Hamidah Wahab, Awal Ashaari, Diana Danielle, Mohamad Bathich, Raja Farah,
Noreminadiya, Mohd Kardanie, Danny, Fauziah Nawi dan ramai lagik kot yang aku tak ingat.

It opens 15 Januari. Korang gi tengok.. pastu mai komen balik korang setuju ke tak pandangan aku ek.

Sokong filem tempatan!!! (ni statement wajib selagik lom busuk tahap Congkak)

Mmmm..... seriously?

Aku malas nak ulas panjang panjang. Sebab ulas pepanjang carut to kingdom come pun tak guna kan? Not like anyone listens to me. If I could make a difference, perhaps this is worth going on about. Instead, even pengkritik pun da cam tak betol at times... yang angsa tak ditegur malah dipuji.

Letih wo! They're supposed to critic. Doesn't mean it has to be all bad, but obviouly someone forgot to tell them they're supposed to evaluate the kids. I think Afdlin saw what many people see, So what's wrong with the picture,

Tak guna angguk setuju time pengkritik jemputan mengkritik, when you should have said it during your turn, and not puji like it was an acceptable performance.

Weirdness.

Anyhoo, this is the second last concert, so takyah nak go on further nak ulas lelebih as usual. Just short comments of what I think of each performance and their rating. Rating kali nih nak pakai lain lak system.

The bad ratings bukan lagik pam jamban as usual or any of the usual stuff I use. Instead, it will be represented by how many angsa or geese they get. The good ratings represented by a butcher's knife, nak tengok tahap mana dan setakat mana meka berjaya sembelih keangsaan meka tuh.

STACY
Beat It
Mmm... I am trying to sa hard to say something nice but in truth, it was an ok performace saja. Aku tetap kagum Stacy mampu control pernafasan dia relatively well with the lousy dance routine and dancers yang very distracting.

But there was no kick to the show and I think the song, and the arrangement was a et down.
Good effort nonetheless, but lousy choice of tune for a show that is deciding the final outcome.



TOI
Kau Yang Bernama Seri
I hate to admit it, but dia managed to improve banyak.. finally! Tapi walaupun I give him credit for that, I disagree with pujian melambung diberikan seolah dia memberian persembahan yang sebegitu hebat jerk padahal kali pertama membuat persembahan yang sekadar boleh laaaa.....

Nothing to shout about at all... especially since after you hit rock bottom, there is no where to go but up. He had to improve sooner or later.. he sure as hell couldnt get worse.

Now this is really standard peserta pertandingan karaoke kat Plaza MPK di Klang. And the choreography... yang dia gerak hulu hilir feeling improvisational theatre tuh perhal. So RTM in the early 80s.



STANLY
Kerana
Ridiculous. Painful. And honestly, should have been out weeks ago. What took him so long to leave? Bung Ramli jangan marah! Komen aku tak penting pon! Matilah aku!!



NADIA
Lelaki Buaya Darat
Something was just wrong with the arrangement. The song dari a full on pop party anthem became a sullen piece of karaoke minus one yang tahap muzik cam musim lepas punya polyphonic standards.

And Nadia? Entahlah.. minggu ni aku inclined to admit she's on a decline slowly.

For some reason she's not delivering up to par.

Takdelah tahap sampai angsa... tapi memang namoak dia semakin ketinggalan ngan Stacy. She could have made this song her major comeback, and gunakan tuk menempah tempat lebh secure for the final... but she didn't.



RIZ
Rock Around The Clock
Again, out of his safe zone, Riz gagal nak carry a song/ I'm not a big fan of Riz (and you guys know thats an understatement) tapi aku nak tengok dia mara dari Toi or Nubhan kerana dia lebih consistent. At this rate however... its pretty sad to see him two weeks straight of substandard performance.

Sumbang terlampau banyak sangat sangat walaupun ramai merembes kata bagus... walaupun...



TOI & STANLY

Can anyone deny this is the PERFECT pair? Siapa berani kata pasangan nih tak sesuai aku bantai! They were the musical equivalent of Cumi dan Ciki (sapa bawah umur 25 konperm tatau)

NADIA & RIZ
Endless Love
It wasn't as spectacular as I hoped for, but better than I expected. Sepanjang malam haus semacam takde yang betul betul besh, this was worth watching and listening. Both Nadia dan Riz worked well together vocally. Good effort.



NUBHAN & STACY
Thank goodness Nubhan tak MENYUMBANGKAN that much to the song, because Stacy opened it so beautifully. Ada chemistry antara meka, though I doubt the cinta part. At times, ramai kat dewan lebih fokus pada merpati yang kena ikat kaki dipaksa dok kat bangku tuh, but the magic of this performance was undoubted.

The best for the night!



And that's it... memang sebenarnya aku malas nak tulis lebIh pasal konsert nih, sebab walaupun audience smangat nak go into the finals da, the sho was rather lemau for the ninth concert. It wasn't as good as I harapkan it would be to build apa semangat for next week.

And the results? Ok ok je... nothing to celebrate. Stanly should have been out much earlier. Nanti jer la aku cita lebih pasal concert n the next entry. Will also post speculation and gossip on the finals mana yang mampu.

But before I forget, congratulations to the production for the tribute segment, I also have to say congratulations pada Faizal, Aizat, Velvet dan Sahri for the moving performance in their tribute to arwah Loloq... it was so touching, I was CRYING (ada gak guna tisu Premiere yang disponsor nih) And I mean literally crying sebab it was beautiful and meaningful.

What the.. $%^&!!!!!

Istana Budaya... the venue for the seventh concert. I couldn't miss it, so only for the third time in twelve years, I missed Anugerah Industri Muzik, our local scene's biggest night to be there at the concert.

Was it a mistake? Well not really... though I'd have to say it wasn't all that exciting as well.
I thought the whole cultural show at the start was predictable and tuk aku biasa biasa jer.

Because the stage was bare, and there was nothing fabulous about the dance outfit from Istana Budaya aku rasa cam.. erm... opening yang agak lemau la sebenarnya. Should have been bigger, more colourful and explosive.

Da alang alang wat kat Istana Budaya kan... pull out all the stops la.

The use of the hydraulics to introduce the kids was good, though wish they had put more thought into it.

Moving on.. malas nak review sangat the whole thing. The tribute to P. Ramlee was erm.. ok. How can I say anything bad kan? But it seem so much like a contrived manner of promoting P. Ramlee The Musical.

But the critics were horrible! What was Tiara especially going on about??? Half the time merapu jerk. She came across so... blonde! Even though think she was closer to chesnut (stupid joke... just like the invitation to her to judge the event)

Nubhan dipuji (nampak Syafie dan Siti Hajar jeling tak kuasa), and such erratic judgements proved that there was little focus on sizing up the kids based on their actual field of expertise (dia ada ke). Only Adlin got it when he said it sounded dry, tak konti about not being caught up in the orchestral music.

Stanly lak leh dipuji (of course Tiara leh kata kena perform and singing is not everything because masa awards pun dia miming), while Ning insists she's seen the other side of Stanly (yezza...I think we saw all 360 degrees of him).

Adlin kata 'sifat yang perasan awak yang awak bagus and better jadik awak lebih positif on stage'. Some people cheered... they thought it was a compliment. Matilah! Gelak sat...

Bab Alif lak entah apa Tiara merapu, wasting away precious airtime was pointless...not too unlike her comments. Erm... ahhh.. like what? By the way, Tiara, Ning had that hairstyle during album Ke Sayup Bintang ok! And she looked better with it.

But kicker was Ning saying, "bukak mulut lagi besar, lagi luas, cause when you open your mouth, adik akan rasa satu kepuasan dalam delivery". Heh... gelak jap! 18SX humour sat ek...

Astro, please la.. we want critics yang boleh evaluate the kids, not attempt comedy hour ataupun tidak reti menggunakan kepakaran meka bila buka mulot.

TUJUH PELAJAR AKADEMI FANTASIA 6 (ALIF, NUBHAN, RIZ, STANLY, TOI, NADIA & STACY)
Apek Dan Marjina, Nasi Goreng, Obat, Terbang Burung Terbang, Cik Cik Kaboom & Lagenda
The musical style presentation azab ok! Lakonan bebudak nampak cam paksa sangat. Nadia was nice in the opening, though Toi deserved a tight slap.

Masuk Nasi Goreng cam ilang lak sora memasing. I dunno if it was the mics but the backing was barely audible.

Alif was biasa biasa jerk.. energy level dia drop in just a nano second. But sora dia was ok, though nothing to shout about.

Nubhan was just shaky and out of breath for Obat and he actually went off so many times. Mengah semacam jerk. Tak paham dia nih.

Motif konsep kain kain??? Very the Alcazar Bangkok ok!


Riz was one the strongest male vocals in the whole group, especially when paired with Stanly - what do you expect kan?

Stacy was seductively wow.. sodap! Aku leh bayangkan dia dalam a stage presentation with her whole act, even though dia ni kekadang memang kerap terlebih sudah. The whole harmony thing didn't work for this song.

Masuk Lagenda, we had to deal with the RTM like dancers, but overall it was beautiful with the orchestral backing.

Riz was ok, Nubhan was off tempo again, Stacy was sweet, Stanly sounded like memang buasir ngan sora paksa dia yang meneran like so in pain, The whole group harmony at the end was the best... except for Stanly yang obviously tak reti nak finish in a group feeling nak overpower gituh. Adik adik... trust them to want the spotlight that bad.Everyone blended well except for him who tried so hard to stick out.

Overall, there was no fire and everyone did it so routinely, that it was almost a bore if it hadn't been for Ramli MS and the Orkestra Simfoni Kebangsaan for their amazing musicianship.



NUBHAN
Dealova
The sketch at the start was boring, and pointless. Adlin pun nampak tak larat da..
Aku rasa lain kali kalao nak wat sketch pun, put la more thought into it dan jangan cukup syarat nak buang masa jerk.

Dengan banyak versi lagu Dealova sudah sebelom ni, Nubhan failed big time.

Tak kisah la... versi Once ker, Datuk Siti Nurhaliza ataupun Faizal Ramly ketika Akademi Fantasia musim keempat.

Nubhan was one of the flattest, boring, shaky versions ever. Walaupun di bantu oleh backing music yang begitu indah, aku rasa cam ngan dia tak mampu nak reach some of the higher notes, , he went off so bad that it was not funny.

At some part, it was like a bad imitation of yodelling.

And memang seperti dalam Diari, bila Ramli MS tegur dia pasal nak close to keangsaan, he actually flew off the intended notes walaupon da ditegur berapa kali before this to be aware of it.
(Busuk tahap toksik.. nak kena bagik gas mask for a negative rating!)


STANLY
Footloose
First of all masa ada audience kata dia patut lakon sebagai Doraemon bila dia jawab AC kata dia feeling nak berlakon, I think they got it wrong. First of all, Doraemon is actually cute. Thank you Nafi for pointing out that he should be Doralin (or in some countries, Dorami)! Apart from the wrong wardrobe (kenapa suka sangat yang fitting nak mampos) sampai gegaran lemak berlaku tahap 8.5 pada skala Richter (ke skala rectum?), Stanly sounded as if he was more like shouting in some parts and talking in some others. The melody was lost most of the time.

Dia tak sumbang as bad like his six other performances,but didn't mean it was good.
And why does he like screaming, and masa dia kepit tuh kenapa? Argh!!!!
It sounded disjointed, and tercerai dari muzik.

The whole promo of Amy Search punya restaurant was a waste of time. Tambah lagik recording pesanan Amy pun tak dengar sangat...

Technically, he did ok, in fact up to this point pas Nubhan dan Stanly, dia lebih stable. Cuma expression wise, memang he has as much personality as a three week old dead fish.

But I thought it was ok if it did sound a little boyband. I think Tiara mistook this week for rock week sampai nak ikut gaya rock abih.

Too bad he coudn't emoby the song better, but since he coudn't get the personality in place, too bad la. Adlin said it right when he said it was nothing special.

The WORST performance of the night and memang tahap longkang belakang pasar Klang.

And what's with the ending pose?

Lagi lama dok dalam tu, lagi tak bermaruah jerk sebab undeserving!
(rating paling azab tuk persembahan yang memang busuk dan tambah lagik mencemarkan Istana Budaya)

One Night Only
She had the power, the vocals, the focus and the star value.

What she didn't have, was control of the English language, the lyrics, and also a decent dress.
It looked like a glittery potato sack siot! Burok nak mampos baju dia nampak badan dia tak proportion langsung.

And Astro - sila amik perhatian yer... it's spelt Amylea yer.. bukan Emilia! You would think they would get that correct since she was from Akademi Fantasia as well.

By the way, aku tak paham kenapa Amylea dan Zarina in the background backing her up sebab tak dengar apa apa pon.

Still, Nadia has something special, just aku rasa lagu ni tak sesuai ngan dia.

RIZ
Memburu Impian
Again, I have mentioned this before. He is overrated. No, aku tak menidakkan kebolehan dia. Cuma dia belum ada persembahan yang make me go WOW!

Berbekalkan a fantastic arrangement of Memburu Impian, I think he did above par though.
Kalao dia ada peluang nak record a single or album, dia patut memuatkan this version, tapi rakam balik la sebab the arrangement is magic, though the vocals could be better.

Minimal flaws, a little boring, but still better than the most of the whole group. My choice of second best performance of the night.

WHAT THE #$%^ IS WITH THE DAMN SKETCH ALA ALA RUSUHAN??!!!
Pening ok! Kesian semua dalam Panggung Sari ingat ada rusuhan ke tunjuk perasaan. Pakaikan t shirt kuning jerk sah sah aku dah ingat kempen BERSIH. Either that or peminat Riz protest kot... anyway...

Merasalah kan semua tech team jadik mangsa tuk play extras!

Buang masa jerk.. and very tak perlu langsung.

Too long... boring and a #$%^ waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!

Stacy however made her performance waiting for.

Walaupun aku da kata this song is hardly right for a competition, and a little too slow, she made it the highight of the night.

Her control of her vocals was astounding and memang kalao ni la pentas AIM, dia sudahpun bersedia dengan mereka yang professional.

Just the damn baju tuh macam lahanat sangat sampai dak tuh nak gerak pon takot tergolek jatuh pentas. Apa la... tak abih abih baju merapu camni.

Still, it doesn't take away from the fact that she is a STAR! Possibly one of her best performances in Akadem Fantasia so far.. walaupun lagu tak sesuai....dan membosankan.



TUJUH PELAJAR AADEMI FANTASIA 6 (ALIF, NUBHAN, RIZ, STANLY, TOI, NADIA & STACY)
Music Of The Night
I'll make this short. It was.... ok. Nothing great.

Vocally they were better than musim kedua ketika perform Memories. Even their English was much better (hampir everyday focus on this matilah kalao tak, kan?)

But they didn't have the passion, or the heart, or the fire to make it something truly memorable. Semua biasa biasa jerk.

Outstanding was Stacy sebab kemampuan dia nak harmonise and hold all the boys vocals in place was commendable. Tuh selain her own little parts.

For boys, Riz stood out because it didn't sound forced. Stanly was a bore sebab he had this idea of what the delivery was supposed to be about, but he overdid it.

Apapun tahniah kepada tenaga pengajar, It wasn't a disaster as I expected it to be. You guys are miracle workers!

TUJUH PELAJAR AKADEMI FANTASIA 6 (ALIF, NUBHAN, RIZ, STANLY, TOI, NADIA & STACY)
Menuju Puncak
What the @#$%^& la pakaikan Alif konon phantom lari keluar masuk jerk keja.... heh! Bodoh tau! Aduh.. pecah perot aku gelak sepanjang Menuju Puncak ngan aksi Chpsmore dia kejap ada kejap takde.

Sodih la camnih! Heh!

Vocally, this is beberapa tapak ke belakang from previous weeks.

Nadia flubbed choregraphy and so did Stanly.

Ramai angsa, most noticeably si Toi.

The arrangement was fabulous, especially with the extra kick after the Menuju Puncak line.



The elimination? Tak mengejutkan. Tapi the results? Korang tentukan sendiri la. Malas komen lebih jumlah AFUNDI ketika undian tutup. But nampak pun tenaga pengajar pun tak puas. I think we all know who deserved to go. Yawn... enjoy the songs kat sebelah ek guys.. (yang mana tak menyebabkan telinga korang berdarah la)
