The people are speaking!

The people of Penang, Kelantan, Kedah, Perak and Selangor have spoken. The power of prayers can make the change. Semoga keangkuhan pihak tertentu akan lesap - dan terima kenyataan yang rakyat hendakkan perubahan!

Lima negeri jadik milik pembangkang - and I am extremely happy!



To Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu... happy 72nd birthday - and too bad you lost your 34 year grip on the Sungai Siput parliamentary seat. We're not going to miss you.

Also a very happy goodbye to Dr Koh Tsu Koon, Datuk Zainuddin Maidin, Datuk M. Kayveas. Datuk Tan Chai Ho, Datuk Shahrizat Jalil, (even 14 ballot boxes couldn't save you) and many others waiting for their turn. Dropping like flies!

This is the power of the people. Kuasa rakyat - siapa kata rakyat tak mempunyai kemampuan nak ubah masa depan mereka.

I voted for Kota Alam Shah state seat and the Klang parliamentary seat. I am happy with the results.

I am just reading up the results. Yang pentingnya while the opposition expectedly didn't win enough to form the government, it has denied Barisan Nasional a two thirds majority!
Power to the people!

Spent the whole night on the phone with several people, again, and again, and again, while fixed on Astro Awani. RTM1 and TV3 just sucks in terms of coverage! No need to go into that - I think all of us realise that.

Also spent time on Yahoo! Messenger with my sis and her friends - so I was kind of spread out on TV, Internet and the phone (voice and SMS). You know what - at the end of the day - this is a warning to those assholes who think we have to take all the shit - we're not. No more! I can sleep sound now....


PS - Despite millions of Ringgit spent on advertising, I wonder if the Barisan Nasional government realises they wasted money - as usual.
