Pesanan terakhir sebelum Konsert Akhir - AFUNDI STACY

Tu dia.. sapa tak suka Stacy terbakar katanya. Pada yang suka harap harap la ni pembakar semangat tuk meka terus AFUNDI STACY!

Tak kisah lah apa pun result hari ni, yang pentingnya, it's obvious who the champion is this time around. Lantak ler sapa nak cakap apa pon, but yes, I do hope Stacy wins. Even in the last few days of preparation, I see Stacy as going all put compared to the others, and yes, she deserves to win.

Will she? Tuh isu lain. Sometimes the right ones win (like David Cook against that wimpy ass pretty boy David Archuleta), sometimes they don't.(if Stacy doesn't win).

Apapun, I hope this time fans go all out for the right ones. Not the ones yang membuat meka merembes jerk.

I hate that mentality whre people think it's all about who they 'like' and trying to justify it's the biggest thing to happen. Kerana merembes terus semua sedap la.

But the choice is ours.. every one of us out there with the ability to AFUNDI.

So, have you AFUNDIed? Make the right choice.

I am still saying AFUNDI STACY, AFUNDI NADIA and AFUNDI RIZ.

WHo do I want to champion?And siapa aku nak dok tempat-tempat lain? I would like the girls to have a one two finish, but judging from the kedudukan sekarang, I will settle for Stacy sebagai juara, Riz in second and Nadia in third.

Andway rushed there pas hantar ayah check mata follow up treatment sebab laser nk betulkan cataracts kedua mata dan then runner ngan mak ke bank as well a pelbagai errands.

My mind was on the finals coming up.

Risau sebenarnya. Banyak nak wat dalam diam sebelom final esok. Wish I could do more to help Nadia FC and Stacy FC because they both need more hands to help them out. Anyway,teruskan AFUNDI STACY (especially Stacy), AFUNDI NADIA (nih pun, tolong la top three) and AFUNDI RIZ (katanya.. walaupun.... matilah aku sokong pun kena carut)

My point of meroyan ari ni is about the pengkritik ketika konsert. Honestly, to some degree, I have no idea whether they are still relevant. Mana taknya, kekadang nampak bias yang melampau sebab pujian diberikan walaupun nyanyian bebudak atau persembahan bebudak macam.. erm.. you know.

And yet sometimes, persembahan yang bagus pun dicarut pelagai beriya, and small matters pun magnified.

The role of the critic is basically not to be blonde and to guide the students as well as penonton in evaluating the weaknesses and strengths, but more ofen than not it becomes a bashing session, atau sesi puji pujian.

I don't know how things will go on for tomorrow, but I have little hopes if any at all of things being different.

At the end of the day, Akademi Fantasia is a platform that offers huge possibiities to those involved in terms of promotion. And the pengkritik yang terlibat pun no different.. However if they act blonde (sometimes I think they may not even be acting), then they may find that people are not so dumb and will see right through them. Oh well...

Anyway backtracking sikit.. ari ni last episode of Diari Akademi Fantasia. Aku nak wish congrats pada team production Diari because for the first time in Akademi Fantasia history, they managed to come up with something yang if not the same quality as musim kedua nya product, even better.

Congrats especially to Sarimah sebab lightened out days with her quips and lawak yang memang menggelikan hati dan tak overdose.

And girl, you looked very pretty for the last episode. And no, you're not a blonde. Matlah gelak..

Home ground

Busy day today rushing about and all. Sempat tengok Diari but like I said, not going to do a recap of it sebab da dekat sangat final.

So today aku nak ke bab meroyan straightaway.

There is this argument that Stacy will never be champion sebab dia akan ikut tradisi dan menjadi runner up, only because she is from Sabah.

And what if she wins? Expect the claims that dia menang because she IS from Sabah.

Whatever... I just think all this state voting is crap! I mean honestly musim ni yang kita paling nampak undi kenegerian. That's why Nadia dok bawah skali, sebab she only has KL to her name, and that isn't much considering urbanites don't spend money on these sort of things though they appreciate talent perhaps a little bit more.

I think the only KL based champion for real was Vince (tapi time tu first season so takde pattern emerge lagik) and Zahid (tapi like Riz dia ada his 'kampung' in Perak too).

This season kita nampak everyone surviving on their home votes.

Toi hidup week after week obviously a huge majority du to Johor votes, Nubhan because of Negeri Sembilan in large, and Riz from Perak and Stacy from Sabah.

But the pattern I think will depend on who has the largest pull from everyone in general and I think Stacy, Riz and Nubhan will have that biggest pull.

Nadia sadly aku risau sebab even with the pull factor I am so afraid she won't have enough to overcome the advantage of the hone votes macam bebudak lain.

Well... we'll have to see. If you have the common sense like many other like minded people out there, AFUNDI kerana anda percaya dalam bakat seseorang tuh, not because of state pride.
And I thought negara kita da merdeka dan tak terkongkong mentality camnih.

State loyalty is whacked when it comes to competitions like this.. it really is.

Menakutkan!

Nothing much to review about the Diari today, and short of the finals by three days, I will now officially stop doing recaps of Diari Akademi Fantasia. Tapi aku rasa da dekat sangat da ngan the deciding stage of the show, the finale, takyah da. People at this point know who they going to vote, and a lot of the Diari pun fokus persiapan bebudak da. Which is good.. but nothing much for recaps.

Anyway, bab lawatan ke Akademi aku smalam, hari ni kuar Diari. Berapa minit jer klip pun, tapi kalao meka yang sempat tengok klip extended dalam entry semalam, you would have seen the whole thing.

Tapi hari ni pecah perut aku gelak sebab masa meka tunjuk pasal kami masuk, Sarimah sebut Zubir dan Maliah, pas sebut nama sorang sorang held up her trademark sign stating Wat Saspen Jer.



It was a riot! Memang kelakar abih! Tapi sebut nama aku jerk, aku memang burst into fits of uncontrollable laughter. Sarimah!!!! Ko memang sial!!! Seb baik I love you! Ada ke kata aku nih MENAKUTKAN!



Siap ngan mimik muka horror gituh. But ni memang trademark Sarimah perkenalkan musim ni yang memang mencuit hati penonton. I thnk she was just being herself... and people loved it!



Kalao korang nak tau.. yang dari dulu selalu rajin pakai statement penamat KAANNNNNN... tuh si Juan. Memang it was included in our daily conversation dari dulu tapi dia yang paling abuse it ending virtually every sentence with it. Pandai Sarimah popularkan statement tuh.

Anyway.. moving on...what shall I rant on about today ek. How about my the drama that goes on in the Akademi. Too many times, people vote by emotions, and not by the talent they see.
In fact, the drama blinds them, too the positive and negative extremes.

So someone like Riz yang da ditunjuk memacam orang perceive as a drama queen terus tak nampak bakat dia. Yes, I admit I have been on the receiving end of that. Walaupun aku komen persembahan dia consistent semua, people lump me into that category katakan aku benci dia sebab aku don't say that he's the greatest thing ever.

I evaluate like everyone else by the Diari - which is fair enough, but unlike most aku tak penah judge that's the be all and end all.

Toi on the other hand - baik gila.. tu aku ngaku pun, cuma aku nyampah time dia perform. He is a nice person no doubt, but I still think it's crazy people vote like it's supposed to decide the outcome for Miss Congeniality gituh. Perlu ke?

Entahlah.,, it's too late at this point, and it would even make a difference kalao aku cakap vote by this or that.. so pepandai.

But you get what you deserve.

On the plus side, based by experience coming into contact with the kids, I notice yang Toi seems a little too relaxed when we were advising. I don't know if it's lack of interest, or this feeling he has that he's not going to need it because the focus is not going to be on him.

Riz was the only one taking notes, but Nubhan, Stacy dan Nadia pun pay full attention to our tips.

A few more days to go.. and we'll see how they really are.

As for how it decides their outcome, I wish people would remember this is a competition... and people would vote based on the performances not only in the Diari but onstage.

Lawatan ke Akademi

Siang tadik ke Akademi. My condolences to Stanly over the passing of his mother, Kathleen Sudan James earlier this evening.

Memang mengejutkan apabila tengah kami ramai ramai tengah sembang, bung Ramli dapat SMS letting us know of the tragic news.

Terdiam semua....

Masa tu pengetua panggil Pungut and mintak bebudak sampaikan ucapan takziah memasing. Kalao korang tengok Diari malam tadik you guys would have noticed kami sebenarnya tengah sesi bila abang Ramli dapat SMS berita tu.

God!!! It was sad and kami semua dumbstruck by the news.

Stanly, our prayers are with you... turn to the Lord for strength. Amen.
It was sad... and definitely a moment in Akademi Fantasia history that won't be one that's fond... but Stanly, again, we pray for you to be strong. A mother is one of God's best gifts to us... know that she is now in a better place.

Anyway, siang tadik ke Akademi, apart from that episode, was fun.

Pernah ada PC pas abh final yang panas sebab bebudak were practically blonde sebab cam lembab tahap moisturiser tak reti nak jawab.

Also I hope they tak their new careers more seriously than they carry themselves in the Akademi.

Apapon, thank you to the production of Diari sebab sudi jemput kami tuk kongsi pengalaman, and thank you abang Ramli for playing our tour guide. Matilah aku jadik Astro Ria punya mascot/bimbo sebab lately asik kuar for things related to Akademi Fantasia and then Gaia.

Diari Akademi Fantasia 6 - Minggu 10 hari kedua

Isu hari ni yang panas obviously pasal isu Hujan and how stupid they are on the mechanism of royalties and such.
Tapi aku respek tol abang Ramli sebab tak kuasa band yang lemau tuh tak paham masuk backdoor into the industry, and yet tak paham the business and how it works. Mangsanya si Toi yang kena dapat lagu baru terus which is lagu Mawi sebab have to change lagu tugasan sebab asalnya kena bawak lagu Hujan.
I hope the kids take the moral of this story, and don't be arrogant like stupid wannabe musicians who put down the mainstream, but are too stupid to respect others and their art.
Memang dari cerita aku dapat, kurang ajar gila cara meka deal ngan Astro, and I just hope that they get sat on for this Tak abih abih ada kes. Sampai bebudak belajar nih pon tak bagik pakai lagu. Come on la...
Grow up...
And that was the only thing worth highlighting in Diari today. Kan aku kata nak kurangkan recap da sebab minggu terakhir kerana nak meroyan jerk.

PENGKRITIK
Eh bukan komen pengkritik kat Konsert. Tapi pengkritik bebas yang bersepah sana sini. I don't want to say anyone's views are wrong ker haper ker.

But just be aware of yang pepandai komen tuh cam tahu segala.. sometimes... they say things for reasons best known to thenselves.

Biasalah.. Akademi Fantasia time dulu takde sapa nak komen. Honeslty time musim pertama aku pun ikut the later half jerk. Masih aku ingat.

Tak silap masa tuh, konsert keenam musim pertama. Aku kat Langkawi time tuh, tuk layan shooting Cinta Luar Biasa on location ngan Rashid Sibir and crew, which included the ever adorable Nasha Aziz (lama tak lepak ngan my sis nih)

Time dinner tuh meka pasang skrin besau for us to tengok the konsert.. sebab producers Tayangan Unggul ni subsidiary Astro and also sebab masa tuh demam da start. Aku sebelom tuh ramai bagitau pasal Akademi Fantasia, tapi aku refuse tengok sebab aku ingat Diari aku tengok mana Atie nyanyi kat tangga tuh (Save The Best For Last kot) aku terus turn off.

But as aku asik carut how the kids couldn't sing, little did I know I would get caught up in it. And from there, aku followed the Diari and the Konsert. And datang jer final, masa tuh aku jerit tuk Nija, aku da hooked.

Time tuh, hanya seorang jer blogger yang cover, iaitu sultanmuzaffar.
Skang bersepah memacam blog and sites cover the event, including yang bermusim (fan yang merembes) and yang opportunistic (mengaku fan tapi sebenarnya sebab hype dia pon nak ikut). Or how about konsep F&F or friends and family of budak yang join and tiba tiba they know the show inside out.

Most of these are started for a reason.

Like I said, some nak promo benda lain sebenarnya tapi nak orang masuk ngan pancing pakai Akademi Fantasia and merapu like they know it all - but sebenarnya nak promo benda lain.

Others just want hits. And in that process, they say things that are, stupid at best, but masked to appear intelligent. For whatever motives, many fail to realise, how unique Akademi Fantasia is.

Tanya sultanmuzaffar yang ikut dari musim pertama. Dia paham. I learnt it in musim kedua. And dari sana Juan lak terikut (dia pun follow lama tapi musim ketiga je naik psycho bebetul)
Akademi Fantasia has a proud tradition, even among its fans' thoughts and views. Some don't get that - and just mouth off without respecting tradition.

Some use the name of Akademi Fantasia as if they are familiar with it, but know nothing of the glory days of the show, especially dari musim pertama hingga ketiga.

Ingat bila Atie peluk kaki Adi? Ingat bila Marsha merangkak bawah kerusi? Ingat Kaer dan Mas cycled to Tawau? Ingat Burn dan Nana punya intim moments? (matilah aku) Ingat tak the Fitri led synchronised swimming exercise?

Some cakap cam meka paham Akademi Fantasia but they don't.

And they pass their judgement out liek they know who best to win hanya sebab meka merembes with their favourites. Point it, talent and performance and fanaticism aside, Akademi Fantasia is a unique show that has so many factors that it's just not that simple.

I am proud to be a fan of Akademi Fantasia, and dalam satu musim aku mencarut tak abih pun sebab I love the show. No i am not diplomatic for the sake of nak amik hati orang. I write to protect the show, even if sometimes it doesn't look like it.

I didn't just follow this show suddenly pas some other show tanked.

Can you remember the memories of previous Akademi Fantasia? If you say they're not important, if you don't feel a loss when the show is over, if you've never had withdrawal symptoms when the season's over, if you don't even know the full lyrics of Menuju Puncak (ada la yang sibuk nak memorise nak prove a point pasnih), don't play smart by saying what's good for the show.

I'm just tired of people who tune into the phenomenon setahun dua and suddenly they play experts with pola pengundian, and masa depan bebudak and who really deserves it and a million topics.

Most of their so caled analytical studies are merely justification of their interests. In other words... be careful what you read and don't be too easily influenced, no matter who the writer is. Not even me.

At least season in, season out, I've stood by my choices and believed in their careers even way after thw fafare is over.

Akademi Fantasia used to be about fans. Now it's more of people who just want to be part of the hype.

Why am I going on about this? Entahlah.. as stupid as it sounds, the show has become something of a annual tradition, and I just don't like seeing the tradition destroyed by people who claim they have been in on it from the start.

Maybe that's what's really killing Akademi Fantasia.

Doesn't make sense...? Abaikan.. saja meroyan.

Ok.. done for the day. Anyway to end it, got this bit of gossip. Harituh dengar Sarimah on to co host the final. And then dengar it was off sebab ada orang bantah. Now I hear, ada orang production kata... jangan risau sebab it's on again! Whoopie!

Anyway, tadik pas abih sesi kat Akademi, sempat lepak Bangsar Village and then Starbucks ngan Maliah before meeting up with Juan dan bebudak Alif FC. Kejap je.. tapi sempat snap pic nih.

KALUT... lagi mengarut

First of all, early this morning aku dapat SMS. Yes, I have to say congratulations to Mila sebab dia takkan pulang ke Malaysia dengan tangan kosong. Mila akan pulang dengan kemenangan dari Discovery International Pop Music Festival 17 di Varna, Bulgaria.

Mila menang untuk Lagu Terbaik untu lagu Ilham Di Matamu yang dihasilkan oleh Ajai dan Allayarham Loloq. Walaupun gagal mendapat tempat antara penyanyi terbaik dalam pertandingan yang disertai peserta dari Lithuania, Italy, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Poland, Russia,Cyprus, dan Malta, I think we all wish Mila congrats.

This win is not only special, as it's one of arwah Loloq's last works, but also sebab hari ni genap setahun Mila dinobatkan sebagai juara Akademi Fantasia musim kelima.Tahniah Mila.

Pondering... and more...

Sebab ni minggu terkahir Akademi Fantasia, aku malas nak ulas Diari sangat kecuali kalao ada isu isu berbangkit. So instead aku nak meroyan sorang sorang (lantak la.. blog aku.. sini ler tempat aku nak meroyan pon) because memang blog ni of a personal nature.

And topik of my rantings will be my thoughts leading up to the final of Akademi Fantasia kali nih. And the topic for today is...

REALITY vs FANTASIA
Ramai put down the programme as just another reality show. Sejak lahirnya Akademi Fantasia, there have been a lot of others shows yang cuba ikut formula program ni nak come up with another hit. Needless to say, Akademi Fantasia membuktikan tiada pengganti sebab setelah enam musim, it's still going strong, no matter what weaknesses came with the package.

Dengan timbulnya Akademi Fantasia, timbul gak pelbagai home grown punya pengkritik, every one of them claiming some amount of credibility. Yerlah.. jari menjadi juri.. so with the power placed in the hands of the public, konon semua layak tuk membuat keputusan what they want.
Which is kind of true... kind of.

Masaalahnya...

For those who really appreciate talent, MOST of the time they are unheard. After all, does it mean that someone spending thousands of Ringgit tuk AFUNDI akan do the same thing for the kids' albums? Most rational folk would go like, hey.. this is a competition, so kenapa aku nak waste my money.. AFUNDI RM10 pun da psycho yang sanggup undi lebih.. let them get what they deserve!

And in a way it's true. We've seen some horrendous results in the past, and this season, it's not going to be anymore different. Proof? Toi. Honestly. He may come out tops in the votes, but can anyone confidently tell me his first placing in last week's concerts reflect success post Fantasia? Didn't think so.

So it's all a little silly...

But this is Akademi Fantasia, and yes, votes count, even if they do come out with the stupidest results.
But there is nothing wrong with harbouring the hope that satu hari nanti, TV viewers who support Akademi Fantasia will put into thought more about the future of these kids, their performances and whether they're actually of substantial quality atau tidak sebelom mengundi.
Ada yang kata, kenapa ko meroyan, tak paham ke konsep rancangan.

I do understand it, but doesn't mean I have to accept it. Aku tak kisah what the results are in the end I have seen even yang menang pun tak kemana, manakala ada yang terkeluar lebih berjaya.
At the end of the day it's all about initiative. Ada yang kata baik takyah menang sebab Maestro bukan reti jaga... and that's why they fail.

In part, that may be true. But initiative of the kids pun penting gak, so if they end up lazy, shiftless bums like some of the do after the show, padan moka jerk!

Ko hengat cam dok Akademi sepuluh minggu semua nak bagik free lagik?

So what happens now?

This is a TV show. Keep that in mind. This is also a competition. Keep that in mind too. What makes your list of criteria nak menentukan juara?

Mine is first of all - the best and most consistent performer. Secondly, the most challenged dari segi tugasan diberikan AND results. Thirdly attitude and professionalism as well as drive, how bad do they want it.. you can tell. I mean everyone wants to win... but who works for it and delivers.

Everyone memang akan kena demam time musim nih, and semua akan try justify why their picks are the best, mostly emotionally motivated than anything else, dari merembes ngan pilihan sampai la ke influeneced by the drama. So will admit it... others just claim higher moral ground because they're smarter in being stupid and say that's not what motivates them when they know that is so.

Will that help the kids?

Hardly. It offers a false promise.. janji dan harapan palsu diberikan pada bebudak nih, ngan kedudukan diberikan pengundi yang pekak badak atau buta seni, that they actually have a future.

So fantasy for ten weeks is one thing, but reality after is going to be preeeeeetty painful.

Makes you almost wish Akademi Fantasia was like some other reality shows where they actually fix the winners. Oh yes.. that happens. But they just don't talk about it.. obviously. Thank goodness cinta aku tuk Akademi Fantasia is not betrayed because at least, Akademi Fantasia memang audited. Matilah ada pihak yang terasa jap agik.

But back to the PR bit... the previous posting aku tulis about tiga orang yang SEPATUTNYA disingkirkan. Ada kata that never existed. Yeah.. right.

When something doesn't happen, even if it was on the cards, people say what they can.
But the truth is almost too painful to see for some.

At the end of the day, keep voting, as small issues should hardly be detrimental to your support. My revelation was just to let people know what fans needed a wake up call to how f**ked up the results can be.. if they really believe in talent and want to keep supporting it.

Tapi ngan setiap AFUNDI of your hard earned money, especially towards those deemed unworthy by many, take a second to think.. are you buying the hype, or are you really so impressed with the talent shown.

Ok la.. meroyan aku. Note that aku type what I'm thinking jer, so takde actual structure to composition ker nak sibuk check grammar. Just random thoughts I am typing out on things that happen to cross my mind. And that's the topic for the day.
So what happened in Diari today?
Very briefly...

Diari Akademi Fantasia 6 - Minggu 10 hari pertama

The only thing worth noting today was the makeover the kids had to go through. Strangely enough kan, why does makeover need a hair colour change? And strangely enough so called experts don't even know the developement time for change with coloured hair. So much for professionals. Couldn't they bring in real experts instead of some wannabe salon hairdressers?
Anyway, bab kaler rambut nih sensitif, so I think that some so-called image consultants should know more beyond going for the obvious bila nak makeover. Tak kreatif langsung.

What Sarimah think of the supposed hairstylists? I love this gal.. she's a riot (for the record she wasn't commenting on them.. but she should have.. espcially with that response)


But they suck, kan, Sarimah?


The second episode of bagik psycho bebudak dapat lagu pepelik semua.
The only other real attraction for today was the evaluation for last concert.

Nubhan was angsa as usual seperti aku da katakan, and Toi was pitchy despite imrpovement. Gee.. didn't I point out the obvious walaupun ramai kata dia bagus sangat.

The kids were asked for final requests, Toi mintak steamboat, Nubhan mintak Japanese food, Riz mintak barbeque with everyone (which obviously will be the wrap party) while Nadia mintak arca meka wat as kenangan yang takleh dibawa balik sebab hak Akademi.

Stacy asked for the best thing, more time with Ramli MS.

So still wondering sapa paling layak and paling serious nak berjaya?

They all got their new songs, some of which were crap and not suited to them, especially lagu lagu baru. Lagu cover meka takyah la aku komen but aku rasa hardly concert material.

Anyway, aku nak offer something a little different for each of the last days leading up to the final. So every day, kalao leh aku nak offer a little gossip about the finals.

Bebudak yang sudahpun eliminated sebelom ni dikatakan takkan perform sebab nak kelainan since that's been done before. Tapi dengar khabar, the nine kids WILL be performing onstage after all! So good news pada peminat meka yang da tersingkir kalao benar.

BENAR ATAU TIDAK - RENUNGKAN

Kita semua sudahpun tahu kedudukan pelajar. Tapi tahukah cerita sebalik tabir?Entah betul ataupun tidak, tapi aku rasa peminat Stacy harus awas dengan (entah siapa) pengundi Toi kerana dia kini telah menjadi salah seorang pelajar yang membahayakan kedudukan peajar pelajar yang dulu dianggap favourite. Walaupun hanya dengan SATU persembahan yang tak hebat tapi cukup makan, selepas lapan minggu menang piala sumbangsih, nampaknya dia mendapat lebih perhatian untuk SATU persembahan, dari sifat konsisten ditujunkkan oleh Stacy, Nadia dan Riz.

Nadia FC dan Pepari (Riz FC) - harap maklum cerita ini yang sampai ke telinga aku. Kisahnya malam semalam SEPATUTNYA, kalau benar kata kata aku dengar dari mereka terlibat dalam produksi, yang TIGA orang sepatutnya dikeluarkan untuk Konsert Akhir Akademi Fantasia yang akan membenarkan hanya TIGA pelajar berentap di pentas akhir. Itulah perancangan yang SEPATUTNYA. Benar atau tidak? Terpulang...

MALANGNYA - mungkin kerana orang terlalu mementingkan satu persembahan (dah hancur selama ni bagik can undi lak kat yang selama ni angsa memanjang), ataupun dorongan pengkritik yang terlampau memuji, Toi dan Nubhan (sumbang gak ketara sangat nih), Riz dan Nadia menduduki tangga keempat dan kelima.

Selepas berbincang - kisah yang sampai adalah keputusan diubah sebab pihak produksi TAK SANGGUP konsert akhir dengan muka Toi dan Nubhan saja, bersama penyeri seorang sahaja iaitu Stacy, malah juga tak sanggup menghadapi pelbagai kutukan dan serangan terhadap kredibiliti Akademi Fantasia jikalau itu menjadi kenyataan.

Pendek kata, tanpa mengupas kembali apa yang sudah berlaku, Nadia dan Riz telah diberi peluang kedua. Para peminat harus lebih usaha untuk memastikan mereka menduduki tiga tempat teratas. Aku katakan sebegitu walaupun selama ini tidak gemar pada perangai Riz, kerana persembahannya konsisten dan lebih berkualiti sepanjang sembilan minggu (walaupun malam semalam hambar lagi seperti Laskar Cinta), dari Toi dan Nubhan.

Peminat Stacy, sila beringat sikit yang kedudukan Stacy juga tidak kukuh lagi, dan perlu diperhebatkan undian jika ingin memastikan dia juara.

In summary, I don't care who wins, gets second or third.

I want the top three, in whatever position, to be Stacy, Nadia and Riz BECAUSE THE DESERVE IT AND WORKED THEIR F***ING ASSES OFF UNLIKE THOSE OTHER TWO CLOWNS!
WAKE UP!

Ini bukan sahaja untuk selamatkan pelajar kegemaran anda dalam Akademi Fantasia.

Ini juga untuk reputasi dan nama baik Akademi Fantasia. Bayangkan Toi sebagai juara Akademi Fantasia. Mampu ke dia berdiri sama tinggi dengan Vince, Zahid, Mawi, Faizal (bad example.. ooops!) dan Mila.

Mmmm..... seriously?

Aku malas nak ulas panjang panjang. Sebab ulas pepanjang carut to kingdom come pun tak guna kan? Not like anyone listens to me. If I could make a difference, perhaps this is worth going on about. Instead, even pengkritik pun da cam tak betol at times... yang angsa tak ditegur malah dipuji.

Letih wo! They're supposed to critic. Doesn't mean it has to be all bad, but obviouly someone forgot to tell them they're supposed to evaluate the kids. I think Afdlin saw what many people see, So what's wrong with the picture,

Tak guna angguk setuju time pengkritik jemputan mengkritik, when you should have said it during your turn, and not puji like it was an acceptable performance.

Weirdness.

Anyhoo, this is the second last concert, so takyah nak go on further nak ulas lelebih as usual. Just short comments of what I think of each performance and their rating. Rating kali nih nak pakai lain lak system.

The bad ratings bukan lagik pam jamban as usual or any of the usual stuff I use. Instead, it will be represented by how many angsa or geese they get. The good ratings represented by a butcher's knife, nak tengok tahap mana dan setakat mana meka berjaya sembelih keangsaan meka tuh.

STACY
Beat It
Mmm... I am trying to sa hard to say something nice but in truth, it was an ok performace saja. Aku tetap kagum Stacy mampu control pernafasan dia relatively well with the lousy dance routine and dancers yang very distracting.

But there was no kick to the show and I think the song, and the arrangement was a et down.
Good effort nonetheless, but lousy choice of tune for a show that is deciding the final outcome.



TOI
Kau Yang Bernama Seri
I hate to admit it, but dia managed to improve banyak.. finally! Tapi walaupun I give him credit for that, I disagree with pujian melambung diberikan seolah dia memberian persembahan yang sebegitu hebat jerk padahal kali pertama membuat persembahan yang sekadar boleh laaaa.....

Nothing to shout about at all... especially since after you hit rock bottom, there is no where to go but up. He had to improve sooner or later.. he sure as hell couldnt get worse.

Now this is really standard peserta pertandingan karaoke kat Plaza MPK di Klang. And the choreography... yang dia gerak hulu hilir feeling improvisational theatre tuh perhal. So RTM in the early 80s.



STANLY
Kerana
Ridiculous. Painful. And honestly, should have been out weeks ago. What took him so long to leave? Bung Ramli jangan marah! Komen aku tak penting pon! Matilah aku!!



NADIA
Lelaki Buaya Darat
Something was just wrong with the arrangement. The song dari a full on pop party anthem became a sullen piece of karaoke minus one yang tahap muzik cam musim lepas punya polyphonic standards.

And Nadia? Entahlah.. minggu ni aku inclined to admit she's on a decline slowly.

For some reason she's not delivering up to par.

Takdelah tahap sampai angsa... tapi memang namoak dia semakin ketinggalan ngan Stacy. She could have made this song her major comeback, and gunakan tuk menempah tempat lebh secure for the final... but she didn't.



RIZ
Rock Around The Clock
Again, out of his safe zone, Riz gagal nak carry a song/ I'm not a big fan of Riz (and you guys know thats an understatement) tapi aku nak tengok dia mara dari Toi or Nubhan kerana dia lebih consistent. At this rate however... its pretty sad to see him two weeks straight of substandard performance.

Tapi Bukan AKu
There are some seriously deaf people in this country kalao ada yang kata version dia sedap. Sure he's got tone... but what else can he do apart fron growl off tune. Seriously fed up. He is now officially the most overrated in the Akademi.

Sumbang terlampau banyak sangat sangat walaupun ramai merembes kata bagus... walaupun...



TOI & STANLY

Can anyone deny this is the PERFECT pair? Siapa berani kata pasangan nih tak sesuai aku bantai! They were the musical equivalent of Cumi dan Ciki (sapa bawah umur 25 konperm tatau)

NADIA & RIZ
Endless Love
It wasn't as spectacular as I hoped for, but better than I expected. Sepanjang malam haus semacam takde yang betul betul besh, this was worth watching and listening. Both Nadia dan Riz worked well together vocally. Good effort.



NUBHAN & STACY
Thank goodness Nubhan tak MENYUMBANGKAN that much to the song, because Stacy opened it so beautifully. Ada chemistry antara meka, though I doubt the cinta part. At times, ramai kat dewan lebih fokus pada merpati yang kena ikat kaki dipaksa dok kat bangku tuh, but the magic of this performance was undoubted.

The best for the night!



And that's it... memang sebenarnya aku malas nak tulis lebIh pasal konsert nih, sebab walaupun audience smangat nak go into the finals da, the sho was rather lemau for the ninth concert. It wasn't as good as I harapkan it would be to build apa semangat for next week.

And the results? Ok ok je... nothing to celebrate. Stanly should have been out much earlier. Nanti jer la aku cita lebih pasal concert n the next entry. Will also post speculation and gossip on the finals mana yang mampu.

But before I forget, congratulations to the production for the tribute segment, I also have to say congratulations pada Faizal, Aizat, Velvet dan Sahri for the moving performance in their tribute to arwah Loloq... it was so touching, I was CRYING (ada gak guna tisu Premiere yang disponsor nih) And I mean literally crying sebab it was beautiful and meaningful.
