Irma nya baju bagi aku teringat baju Beyonce masa tour dulu (yang kena ban tak dapek masuk Malaysia but aku dapat tengok kat Bangkok). Baju skin tone, pastu diamante bagai kat tempat tempat yang perlu untuk memberikan ilusi.

Faizal - antara ramai artis yang berfesyen sunglasses the whole night. Ada kawan aku carot, kenapa ramai artis pakai spek itam waktu malam.

Tuk aku senang je reason - tuk aku yang pakai gak malam tu. First of all - sebab silau bagai spotlight. Alasan...

Secondly, and sebenarnya paling penting, my Guccis were not for day wear jerk. Amik ko! Member terima alasan aku yang sebenarnya hado sebab aku pakai nak cover eye bags aku yang tak cukup tidor tuh.

Miss Melbourne, USA. Ampun Scha!!! Kesian dia... heh.. sasul nya pasal sebut jadik isu. But I have to say, Scha ni sporting gila. Kita usik dia pastu pon dia shrug off and laughed it off to.

At least dia ngaku silap dan leh laugh at her own mistake.

Ainul - kesian lak kena wat medley lagu KRU/ Feminin yang disukai ramai tapi performance malam tu meka beramai-ramai hado sangat. Aduh... apa tak kena pon tatau.

Ni lak hero-hero Malaya masa backstage. Abang Rosyam ngan Farid Kamil skali tengah borak gurau tepuk tampar bagai.

And my rock diva for the night - Jac. Aku paling suka dia ngan Dayang (kalao female vocalists) pada malam tuh. Yang lain biasa-biasa jerk.

All in all, show kira ok la. Cuma bab tengah je. Opening, closing meletop. Tribute Kau Pergi Jua memang tangkap feel dan most of the other performances ok. Yang hado cuma tribute KRU tu yang walaopon ramai terlibat - tak seorang pon aku leh maapkan hancurkan lagu-lagu tuh.

Who would have thought.. selama ni kita ingat no one could sing as bad as Feminin. Hari tuh konsert Akademi Fantasia da buktikan ada yang mampu. Ni, established singers pon da mula tahap Akademi Fantasia. Eh established ke.. bebudak agik ramai... sabar je la. Nervous kot (alasan nak bagi sedap dengar).

Apapon, congrats, especially to Siti for regaining her crown back again.

And all the winners too in their categories. There is a reason why you guys won. Apapon, your popularity memang tahap sky high agik and it's been proven. Skang jaga fans ek... kalao tak kang kena boo lak.

Sebut bab tuh.. teringat Fasha dan Mawi kena boo. Erm... usaha la lebih keras nak menang balik hati peminat. Siti pon lepas genggaman kat title Bintang Paling Popular for berapa tahun... last menang 2004.

Tapi atas usaha dia, dapat balik... so this just proves, hard work and perseverance pays off.

Aku tak sempat snap Siti and a few more artis yang hadir. Aku tengah sibuk men-GRO-kan diri nak borak sana sini. Plus kat dalam ballroom panas bagai gurun Sahara, so aku banyak kuar masuk nak amik angin (dan hembus asap).

Aku takleh la bagitau sapa menang hadiah apa - sebab program tayang only on 2 April. So korang layan kang jek.

But kijam sungguh aku rasa award nih. Seb baik yang menang hadiah nih sporting. Yang pentingnya kengkawan semua pose sakan ngan 'anugerah' nih ok.

Tak harap pada rupa katanya... bukan takde rupa ek. Kalao negatif, mencarot la namanya. Kalao positif, ertinya leh feel ada bakat takyah looks pon takpe. Heh... still sounds so wrong either way.

Balik pon awal sebab esok ada hal sikit nak settle.

Layan Youtube sambil update nih... apa lagik.. nak teruskan tugasan mencarot.. oops.. I mean mengikut perkembangan Akademi Fantasia la.

Ni Diari malam tadi. Sambil layan, baca la pemerhatian aku nak kongsi nih (rasa cam amali Sains lak ada pemerhatian bagai).

*Kenapa melampau sangat hari ni si Jimmy gedik tahap ants in the pants gituh. I mean seriously. Dude! Quit shouting as well. Pening... Seb baik kat Youtube saja layan so senang turun volume.

*Motif si Shahir perlu nak dress up camtuh nak feel? Apa kena mengena lagu dia yang lemau tuh?

*Pentingnya, why this shot perlu sebelom dan selepas close up muka dia - nak bagi adik-adik, akak-akak dan makcik-makcik merembes ke tuk Afundi? Camera angle pon sesuatuh. Motif? Seb baik no butt crack. Tapi tetap rasa cam nak sumbat syiling dua puluh Sen je... cam ada tabung menunggu ditayang. What's next? Berenang untuk kesihatan?

*I love what Que is doing, tapi melampau sangat nak sedih si Nad nak feel lagu tuh sampai burok lak. It's not this ugly face you have to give nak tunjuk sedih ke haper, it has to be in the eyes. The eyes are the windows to the soul - so the emphasis should be on that.

*Motif trigger kasut tuk Iwan? Seriously??? Apa kena mengena??? And the comic? Seriously??????!!!!

*I love Cikgu Adnan nya session nak get harmony bebudak. Too bad cut short nak kena layan Daus ngan lagu Menatap. Hado!

*Aku baru sedar bosan gila Anum. Nama feel rock bagai. Tapi aku rasa nak compare, si Zizi musim lepas baru rock bebetul, plus she could sing, bukan bunyi cam kucing kena cekik.

*I think Linda's class baru nampak bebetul bebudak pay attention. Mesti kena takot kena lahar kena marah. Heh!

*Obviously bebudak tak focus and find their center - akibatnya si Daus the Haus dah pening nak muntah bagai.

*Alamak! Melampau lak promosi Old Town White Coffee. I don't get the unnecessary arts and crafts session demi nak promosi sponsor. Aduh... not only none of the kids were creative, hadiah? More kopi dari sponsor. Hado!

*Motif teaser promo iPhone? Sponsor kah? Akhirnya? Just hope not for the kids to use nak berlatih lagu because seriously it sucks when you have to learn a song from your handphone. Proper MP3 players please. Oops.. bajet kot nak tuh.

*Motif Jimmy nak guna buzzword 'cangkul'? So bad take on gali ok.

Selepas layan Diari, mengantuk nih... ada kena mengena ke? Erm.. tahap kebosanan Diari lom sampai tahap kecipanan Debaran lagik. But close... night all.

Skrin ke Scream???

So back to Anugerah Skrin semalam. Didn't like the awards going the wrong way (for me) in the films category, but I thought the TV categories were alright.

Tapi sebenarnya skema la results. Korang tiap tahun tengok, apa pon anugerah kat Malaysia ni, ko tengok first few results, dah leh judge da mentality juri yang mengadili.

It's never by the quality individual - if ever. Most of the time these simple rules exist - otai ni ada dalam movie ni ke tak (kalao ada - sapu!), or ada tak filem ni terapkan this nationalistic approach to culture etc (kalao ada - sapu!)

I don't care what people say - but films are works of art, and should never be fully judged based on such criteria. Technicality in execution and reach in delivery of the embodied message should. A good story is one that cuts across all the barriers and is universally significant without exclusivity in pride. In other words - just cause a film was made by so and so about so and so, patut kah menang? Whatever...

These films disappear in the ANALS of history (yeap, I meant it that way) never to be remembered even the following year.

But away from the results, aku nak puji sikit. Jarang kan aku nak puji. Aku suka set, dan production values of Anugerah Skrin this time around. Walaopon...

Initially when they had the Arabian Nights theme, I puked. Geli siot. Harus tacky gila.

But TV3 did well in the sets and all, and I commend them for that.

Tapi artis-artis kita.. ya ampon! Baju cam lahar sangat semua.

It was like the bargain bin of Gulatis and Nagoya exploded on everyone present and the cheapest fabrics were draped around them. That and a run for any costume shop carrying anything remotely 'Arabic'.

All I have to say is, a lot of our artists contributed to the BASTARDIZATION of the Arab fashion. Salah sangat ok most of them.

The highlight if you must, was Rozita Che Wan. This is the embodiment of everything so salah. Blue contact lenses, three inches of make up, endless fabric of the yuckiest yellow with kelepet sana sini tetiba terbelah kain depan ala ala mini skirt? Puke!

There were actually a lot of fugly costumes (they didn't know the difference between fashion nd something costumy) but malas aku nak list. Better nak list sapa yang pakai elok. That would take a shorter time.

Sapa yang ada kat PWTC malam tu would know what I mean.

Anugerah Skrin - because of the buruk buruk nya baju jadik Anugerah Scream!!!!

Anyhoo.. ni some pics aku janji... not much sebab aku sampai sana pon, just after balik dari Kuala Kangsar, so snap pakai handphone je.

Owh by the way - for all of you who noticed, the show was SO draggy! Afdlin kept it alive, but Fara Fauzana - ish... entah la dia merapu apa. And the scriptwriter (dari bahasa da tau sapa) should be fired! Bahasa feeling bombastic and puitis - matilah ko ingat ko tulis lagu ke? Tatau beza skrip anugerah ngan lirik ke? Konon artistically beautiful gituh.. sebenarnya?

Casting wow!

Earlier today kena bangun awal. Takde la awal sebenarnya. Konsep awal pon, bila matahari da tinggi kat langit tuh.

The destination today. Meet up Jue dan Faz nak temankan makcik tu gi casting lagik hari ni. Today at Line Clear lak. Heh... motif yang sengih? Tak baik korang. Anyway it was fun - not so much fun trying to find the place in the middle of Bukit Jelutong, but fun once there.

I think every actress yang ada nama was there. Make that every actress. Except sorang. But we won't go into details, will we love.
Let's see who was there for casting apart from Faz. There was Sharifah Amani, Sharifah Aleya, Sazy Falak, Yasmin Hani, Irma Hasmie, Fouziah Gous, Intan Ladyana, Ainul Aishah, Raja Farah.. erm.. sapa lagik. Ramai la...

Aku nak snappy pics pun pening. So this is it lor.

Irma - hot bod and seriously one of the most underrated actresses about. She is hot!


Aku letak pic Irma for two reasons. Satu sebab aku rasa dia ni not getting enough attention. Physically, first of all, noticed she has the perfect women's figure dari segi her curves. Seriously! Once you see her live you have to admit it. Also because masa casting tu, aku seriously think she is a damn good actress, just wish she had the roles to prove herself in.

Secondly letak pic dia sebab dia ni antara geng Pelita gak. Heh! Bukan senang tau nak redah Pelita tuh. Aku paham how it is for these ladies to lepak there. Faz always gets it. People just - STARE! Eww! That's rude, people! Don't do it. Have a reaction but don't stare.

Kaau korang ingat aku penah post pasal Anuar Zain skali masa lepak ngan dia dan Hazami tu how people stared and took pics from meja nun jauh. Ala... tegur je la. Dari jauh jeing sana maintain macho nak feeling, pastu kang kata orang sombong. Kaaaaaaaaaannnn... you make people feel uncomfortable. At the end of the day - it's just rude to stare. Merasalah nak deal with the noya of having someone eyeballing you.

And it was on to Pelita later, much later in the night ngan Jue dan Faz. Before that ke open house Stacy Frenz.

I love it!

Honestly, it was one of the best gaths I've been to, not in term of size or grandeur, but in terms of the cosiness and the whole familial feel of things. I'd think of it as a big family get-together than a normal fan gath.

Sweet!

Semalam for the I think only third time bulan puasa ni, I actually attended a function. Malas gila sebenarnya walaopon berlambak invitation. I don't know why, tapi puasa kali nih, biar aku bosan ngadap the four walls at home, tapi cam malas, takde feel nak buka kat luar, unlike previous years.

Tadik was the Metrowealth buka event for friends in the media. Seronok gak, walaupun seperti biasa, da cam adat, I got caught in the traffic and ended up reaching just a little while pas berbuka.

Akibatnya berbuka ngan asap dalam keta jerk.

But sampai it was a nice sweet gathering kat David Teo nya Lemon Restaurant kat Mines. Aku tak makan pon... minom je. Seronok sebab jumpa kak Fati. Banyak sangat nak catch up gossip sebenarnya.

Also with Nani la, who looked amazing with her new look. And a new accessory! No pics of that here! Just something I really like! Heh! Merasalah kak Fati marah aku influence katanya.

Nothing much to tell. Just the usual gabbing and gossip and such. Slow night malam ni. Faz joined up (I think Sarol became an instant numero uno fan) and then Jijie 6ixth Sense, swung by with his parents for dinner, which he later sent back before joining us again. Ayooi pun join, but the rest of the band tak kelihatan. Alif and Ika as well as friends popped by too.

Found out pasal Jue punya incident dari salah satu mamat yang rushed to her aid, that bukan satu motor je yang ada time dia kena ragut tuh. Apparently that one motorcycle with two guys tuh, yang attempt to rob her, was part of a whole juggernaut of maybe eight or nine bikes!

Merasalah kalao Jue tau, mesti da ilang semangat Bionic Woman!
