Perkahwinan Asmawi Ani dan Nora'Asikin Rahmat (Felda Taib Andak Part 1)

Since da dapat peluang berehat berapa hari nih, kepeningan berterusan lak ngan kena ke Kulai tuk persandingan Mawi dan Ekin belah laki lak.

Since semalam dapat meeting yang membuahkan hasil tuk one or two projects yang God willing akan membuahkan hasil, can do it happily, having been rested enough.

Aku lepas KL about noon. Thanks to some unexplainable traffic situation, sampai Senai where staying dalam 6 petang. At least my room at the Sofitel Palm Resort was on the ground floor, and my balcony siap berdepan ngan pool. Good room views always make things better.

Dapat rehat for about half hour je da on the go nak attend the Gempak Rewang. Kumpul ngan kengkawan semua to leave by bus. Ye lah... anticipated da jalan sesak nak masuk Taib Andak, so this was the easier way. Dalam kami nak berlepas, Mawi dan Ekin lak sampai balik resort where they were staying too. Meka baru balik dari sana after rehearsal of the night's events.

After a long journey, and siap tukar dari bas ke 'feeder' van to bring us to the venue (jalan kecik so kena naik smaller transport), we finally arrived.

At most I think there were about five thousand people. Tapi dalam a small area, seriously scary siot.

Nightmare

Yawn! Sleepy sikit time nih. Got back about almost 2am semalam. Which was pretty early for me actually, because I really felt sleepy.

Fell asleep kejap and then awoke about three hours later from a nasty nightmare, which was me in a weird 28 Days Later setting. Ok, so maybe I need to lay off the horror movies.

So anyway, dropped by the office (merasalah dropped by) and headed for Bangsar home sebab my sis in Bali so had to check on the place to make sure everything ok.

Heh... a new neighbour must have moved in because there's a new wifi network that's unlocked. Used to be one, but it got locked after a while. So bagus gak ada jiran yang haram tau sangat bebenda nih. Lepak sini dapat Internet free (thus wasting my money spent on my own Streamyx and Maxis broadband account).

So decided to update lor.

Anyway, before I move on, ni ada pesanan khidmat masyarakat sat.



Of course the search for Sharlinie continues... and semalam, Suria FM a solat hajat and bacaan surah Yassin amongst themselves, along with artistes and personalities.

I thought it was touching to see recognisable faces muncul to pray for the safe return for the little girl yang still missing.

Let's see there was Erra Fazira, Fazura, Sheila Rusly and her husband Jinggo, Azwan Ali, Radhi OAG, Betty Banafe, Mila, Farah, Sasha Saidin, Jamal Abdillah, Diana Danielle, Hattan, Aswad, DJ Sumo daripada Fabulous Cats, Ajai, Syed Azmir, Norman Hakim, Atilia dan Salamiah Hassan.
Engku Emran headed the Suria FM family which included KC Ismail, Zhana, Mira, Azreen, Zizi, Lin and Bob, as well as many others.

Joined them a little late, but it was nice to see so many friends present to lend their support, especially since Sharlinie's dad was there as well. Tahniah la Suria FM sebab amik inisiatif seperti nih... hope they continue their community services and continue helping our entertainment community give more and more back to the people who've supported them.

It was also nice to see Sheila Rusly sebab lama da tak jumpa. Sebelum dia gi menunaikan Haji lagik. Dapat ler catch up sikit. Erm... since Azwan was there as well, their first meeting after the much publicised exchange of words in the gossip columns, aku salute at kak Sheila because she just put everything behind her. Yeap... that's the way to go! We're only human and whatever disagreements, satu hari kang, you have to move on kan? Azwan pon kata dia da move on.

Takyah nak cita lebih pon yang lepas la... kan kan kan? Anyway, kak Sheila... all the best - and I'm glad you look so much more happier and calmer of a person.



Selain tuh, there was a little gossiping (sempat tuh) time. Salah satu gossip yang kami nak terjah (matilah aku) was kononnya Michelle (merasalah Michelle Karat) akan menjadi pengacara baru Melodi.

Betul ke? Kita usik Michelle puas puas... but no info. Heh... apapon, if she does end up as a new host for Melodi, kita sokong jerk. She is a sweet girl and fun - not to mention that she isn't a bimbo like most on-air talents... so here's hoping that for once, someone with talent makes TV. Matilah statement!

Anyway kami mintak abang Nas jerk terjah Michelle tanya konperm ke tak jadik pengacara Melodi. Merasalah no komen jerk dedua. Heh... satu malam Michelle kena torture. Love you, girl.. jangan marah ek!

Happy Valentine's Day

This is my special Valentine's Day entry. Time ni sebenarnya tengah pacing and all nak leave for Singapore in an hour or so, so saja publish sebelom kemalasan take over.

Away from my Boo Valentine's ni... sakit sikit. Dah la this is our first. But at least lega dia cakap everyday is Valentine's Day for us. Thanks sayang... that just makes me sayang you all the more. We'll have many more Valentines together, I'm sure.

Salam Aidilfitri? Already???!!!

Actually yang Salam Aidilfitri tu, album Raya Akademi Fantasia, yang biasa time camnih, will be released. Tahun ni, like the last five years, ada ler recording (for some of the kids, the only they'll every make - cruel but true).

Kali ni punya though, bukan je ngan meka dari musim kelima, tapi also ada featuring gituh, which includes the likes of Khai, Zahid, Mawi, Faizal with Mila in one song. Kira lagu juara juara ler, kecuali Vince (yang diganti ngan Khai sebagai wakil musim pertama as runner-up). And if you're asking bila meka nak wat rakaman lagu ngan Vince tuh, tunggu. Memang ada perancangan if everything goes to plan.

Semalam gi Bora Ombak tuk majlis berbuka, sekali ngan pelancaran album Salam Aidilfitri, selain pelancaran VCD karaoke dak botak yang Qasidah, Berzanji dan Doa Berlagu (did I get that right?)

Seronok gak jumpa kaum kuarga Akademi Fantasia, as I think musim ni yang paling aku tak keep in touch ngan bebudak. I dunno... for me the magic tuh tak cam dulu. Again, kalao musim musim dulu, until today we keep in touch. Something about the current batch ni cam takde magic.

Bukan nak kata meka kurang dari segi bakat ke rupa ke apa... just... tak de umphh!!! Still it was fun to meet everyone...ada yang da lama tak nampak, tak jumpa, tak kena carut.. heh!

Si Faizal jer takde antara senarai meka dalam album, alkisahnya tak sihat. Yeah, right. Anyhoo, ni ada pics yang sempat aku snap. Aku mash everything together into one pic. Kalau tak, berzaman korang nak tunggu pic satu satu load kan. Again, kids, kalao nak letak pic aku memana, silakan, just credit me and provide a link here ok.

Sempat ler time tuh borak ngan Zahid pasal planning erm... ada lah. Also with Mawi pasai bab magic, apa lagik. Dak botak nampaknya semakin advanced bab tuh.

And then ngan Roslan Aziz. Me and Roslan have never really seen eye to eye on a lot of things, and I'll be the first to admit that.

But, we did this time. Pasal isu lagu Indo kat radio yang kecoh seminggu dua nih. Well, at least for someone yang first jejak Indonesia sebelum Search even, masa zaman dia bak Sheila Majid, dan yang tau susah bagaimananya nak langkah masuk industri kat tempat orang, he is hardly bitter like some people I know of, who is willing to call for sekatan demi kepentingan sendiri and fear of competition.

Oh well... but I won't bore you guys with details of our conversation. Berapa posting pasal isu tu, entry ni rehat sikit bab tuh.

Sempat kacau Yasmin Hani yang wat recording program dia. Ni pose istimewa bagi meka yang join forum dan carut Hani memacam. Yeap, she knows what's being said kids, so I would gossip responsibly if I were you.

Wachaa pakai microphone? Ganas siot! Muka pun maintain vogue dalam evil tuh! Heh... love you babe!

Dalam nak snap gambar, nak amik one special pic, tapi tengah amik ramai lak snap. Cait! curi peluang tol.

Kaya dan berangan...

Semalam layan sneak preview filem Kayangan. Don't ask me how it was. Kalao nak tau, senang je... pasang RTM1 dan ko layan ler memana drama. Standard lebih kurang jer.

Honestly, in this day and age, ada gak orang wat filem syok sendiri. Pelik la how some people sanggup waste money nak buat filem mangkuk hayun ketinggalan zaman, ala 20 tahun lampau yang lepas gituh.

Waste of time. Don't want to MORE waste time on blogging about it, so... ni a little trivia. Guess kaki selebriti mana ni. Petunjuk dia... erm... ok... wat kali pertama dia pakai kasut yang tak membahayakan sesiapa.

Da dapat teka sapa? Senang je... kalao bab kasut and the only person who can make shoes a dangerous weapon, sapa lagik kalao bukan... jeng jeng jeng... lead actress Kayangan yang memang cun melecun and very the talented...(memang dia sorang je ok dalam Kayangan ni)... Fazura!!!

Thank God she made it official. Those who read my interview would have known that thank goodness she now officially has NOTHING to do with Hady Mirza, yang Singaporean Idol tuh. Never liked him anyways... but then again... kalao ada peminat nak melatah aku cakap camtuh...well to each his own.. kan?

Moving on. Anyway sebut bab Kayangan yang azab ni... only one thing good ada pasal bab movie ni apart from kehadiran Fazura, which is the soundtrack yang quite decent. Of course peminat Siti Nurhaliza, Ning Baizura and Sarah Raisuddin semua puas ler sebab ada nama nama besar in it kan.

Anyway, pada peminat kuarga Akademi Fantasia, you'll be happy to know, Zahid and Farah pon ada sekali dalam soundtrack tuh.

Siang tadik aku wat photoshoot ngan meka dan Ajai. Tapi yang best photo op masa kita nak gerak kuar dari studio, serempak ngan Ezlynn. Erm... dia ada bak kawan dia. Nak tau sapa? Tuh, yang pose ngan Zahid tuh...

Amik ko! Tu dia si Ezlynn punya pet albino python. Si Farah lari geli nak dekat. Si Ezlynn lak rilek gila ngan ular kesayangan dia tuh.

Today was quite hectic with three back to back interviews, and with another full day like the past three days, letih sikit.

But still mustered enough strength nak layan Muallaf for the second time with Syarol.
Thanks so much kak Min for having us again, and giving the opportunity for us to enjoy an excellent movie, yang sadly enough takkan kuar panggung kat sini.

Don't feel too good today. Some things on my mind.
