Heh... aku layan shisha. Mana taknya. Murah gila sini. RM6 for yang biasa nya. Yang pentingnya sedap gila. Ori katanya... bukan yang cam jenis stok kat mamak-mamak, isap sampai pedih bagai seolah isap rumput terbakar sampai anak tekak cam da kena servis kertas pasir.

Yes, the title is so promising kan? Yes I love KL to bits. Sangat-sangat. So much until it hurts!

And if you were on the road anywhere in KL semalam, you would know just how much I love KL. Gila. Walaopon kuar awal jam tak hengat.

And the best thing? Our ITIS, oe Integrated Transport Information System handles traffic information so well... not to mention the lovely, dedicated traffic police kan...

Anyway, had a very good meeting where a new project will be coming in for the company. This one is going to be interesting. Takleh cakap apa-apa lagi, bukan fits in well with the rest of my plans.

Pas abih, gi Pavilion sebab dekat, kerana member-member nak shopping LV.

Me? Me a Gucci whore so tak heran sangat walaopon I did spot two very nice pairs of shoes. Pastu singgah Gucci. Obsessing over this non-sale (damn!) classic Gucci belt and a damn wonderful pair of Gucci aviators. Ni da add to my wish list apart from a GORGEOUS pair of Gucci sneakers I already want.

Sabar... sabar... sale everywhere, so stepping into Pavilion was like in a minefield. Nangis!

Got a nice shirt from Forever 21. Ladies check it out - sale memang baguih gila sana. As for guys, the men's department at Forever 21 (the only one) kat Pavilion has no new stock of late. Word is they MIGHT be closing down their men's department. Meanwhile sale tak hengat. I know jackets yang above RM150 semua going for RM75. And t shirts are as cheap as RM15! I got my retro piece for RM65 from RM89.

Well it was cute... until I saw this.

Those weren't cigarette butt burns. It was - in plain, simple English... SHIT! Euwww... hope the parents of the kid (assuming here), washed their child up. They obviously didn't wash the seat. Gross!!!!

Lepak kat Bangsar ngan Anne and Fiza before we were joined by As kat Downtown Cheras. Makes me miss Bangkok... barangan sini tak banyak sebab majority repeat performance walaopon banyak gerai. And some were too tacky to even imagine let alone see.

Dengan gigihnya hari ni, aku meredah kesesakan lalulintas ibukota.

Tujuannya nak selamatkan my dear Mac. Dapat panggilan tuk amik ari ni, so here I go.

Sampai kedai, nampak Macbook Pro second hand nih. RM1900 je, tapi ok la for Core Duo (sodih) 15 inci.

Tempted to buy... sabar.. tarik nafas.. walk away...

Tuh dia!!! My baby da ok! Yeay yeay! Worth every sen of it. Walaopon total kena, RM1700 tuk ganti motherboard (teruskan upkan dari 2.16 GHz to 2.4GHz) skali ngan keyboard baru. Merasalah tuk harga tu leh beli second hand Macbook sebijik agik da. But seriously... it's so worth it cause Mac aku skang kuasa gila babiks da.

Gegas for meeting pastu. Bayangkan dari Low Yat kat tengah Bukit Bintang tuh, ke Damansara dalam time 5.30 petang. Cilok sana sini, tekan bagai... reached ngan selamat.

Meeting yang asal usulnya aku tatau pe pe. Rupanya, rezeki datang lagik. Syukur. Everything clear meeting ni. Kalao jadi seperti dirancangkan, syarikat kami akan dikontrak menjaga syarikat international nya PR division. Merasalah... no details for now. Too early and too hush hush...

Tiga jam. As usual outstation tidur tak penah cukup. Sama la ari ni. Lebih tiga jam or so je tidur. Bangun as usual jadi zombi Kampung Pisang (am so not a morning person). By the time check out, da time for lunch. Yeay! No nasi kandar... carik gak kedai Melayu nak makan.

Pastu ke Eastin Hotel lokasi tuk press conference ngan Amy Mastura.

Tuh dia si Amy comel dok nak signing ngan Takasima (motif terkesima sangat), as ambassador for their products.

Seperti biasa, obsesi dengan apa yang menghiasi kaki wanita. Comel sangat kasut Amy nih, kena ngan gaya dia yang sempoi dan bersahaja.

And of course, the cute mother yang da umor 39 tapi kalao bagi watak dak uni baru awal 20an pon dia mampu nak carry.b Seriously Amy is one woman that gets prettier with age. Kagum especially since dia jenis tak amik pot rupa dia sangat.. biasa-biasa je.

Pas abih, lepak jap and then gegas nak tinggalkan Penang. Sampai... about 9pm. Matilah enam jam!!!

Penang overnight

Walaopon bakal meletihkan, gi Penang for assignment nak layan press conference Amy Mastura kat sana. Aiyo... motif wat nun jauh? Takpe... dapat gak peluang nak tinggalkan KL. Bila jauh baru appreciate, baru rindu - cam seseorang yang ditinggalkan sana yang merajuk ngan aku sebab aku terlupa bagitau.

Anyway the journey was seriously tiring. Lambat sampai satu hal (biasa la kalao da bergerak ramai-ramai on the road). Yang lagi sakit hati, traffic jam.

Sebab apa? Kalao korang baca Twitter aku, korang paham la... musim puasa nak mai, so that means persiapan Raya pon da mula da. Which means? Merata la road block. Paham-paham la... dua minggu ni everywhere around the Klang Valley road block je keja. Time jam je polis trafik ilang ke sibuk wat benda lain...

Ni sebelom Teluk Intan... merasalah jam berapa kilometer. Turns out jam in the middle of nowehere sebab?

Tuh dia... ish ish ish. Boleh tak kalao speed trap ke haper pakai camera ke apa. This kind of road block should seriously reduced sebab bila ada human contact, there is obviously an exposure to possible abuse. In other words, unscrupulous individuals or such wat kedai kopi la jawabnya.

Sampai da malam. Checked into B Suite and pastu makan....

Damn... perlu ke mai Penang je nasi kandar.

I still remember...

Today marked the first anniversary of the passing of Yasmin Ahmad. The past few days, I've been reminded so much of her... somehow, someway.

Sedih sikit hari ni sebab by the time aku free belah petang, gegas gi tanah perkuburan nak ziarah.

Gate lak da kunci. Matilah... ada ke yang nak rompak tanah perkuburan. Ngan As masa tuh nak masuk, the gates were locked and the caretaker hado padahal masa tuh just past 6pm. A little sad... and disappointed sebab esok da nak gi Penang memang tak sempat.

Takpe.. kak Min... you're always in my heart and no matter where you final resting place is, where you are, is in our hearts, and we carry memories and love for you everywhere.

Singgah beli rokok kat stesen minyak beli rokok.. stress dan upset sikit.

Saw this.. thought it was disturbingly cute, and plus I love cupcakes... they always cheer me up, so beli.

Merasalah, Upin & Ipin katanya. Owner tanak saman for copyright infringement ke?

Tapi kan aku makan cupcake ni... boleh lah. But never gonna buy again, sebab memang nothing to shout about. The worst thing was the cartoon image tuh was like a cheap ass print bit on some film-plastic or whatever.

Aiyo... there must be some sort of hygiene code violated there. Matilah kalao bebudak main telan je.

Had no plans, so decided ngan As, jom tengok wayang je. Lagi pun ujan so no real plans.

Sebelom singgah makan, decided jalan-jalan. Which was such a bad decision! Mana taknya, time musim sale ni, walking into a mall is like walking into a minefield! Everywhere ada danger... of shopping. Tahan punya tahan, I finally caved in when I saw these sunglasses.

Tuh dia. Marc by Marc Jacobs nya. On sale baru RM370! Sambar! Pastu.. nyesal...

Ok maybe tak nyesal.. just well... erm.. ok ok.. tak nyesal. Tapi matilah aku kena carot kata takkan shop lagi. Daya tahan shopping memang tak kuat nak wat camna. Hish!

Anyway pastu gi layan Despicable Me in 3D. Not awesome like Up, but amusing.

For me, and obviously everyone, the real stars wer the minions. Those yellow weird pill characters that reminded me of Happy Tree Friends meets South Park. Cute!! I anticipate soft toys of those selling in Petaling Street very soon.

Overall, the movie was good, and all the characters like Gru, Margo, Edith and Agnes had some depth to it, as did Vector. Worth a watch, worth the ticket.

Tapi... make sure you watch during the day sebab kalao tak, tengok belah malam cam aku, ada la mak bapak heret anak-anak meka, kecoh nak mampus! And not in a good way, jap je nangis nak gi bilik air, nak minum, nak makan.. nak kena pelangkung...nak kena talipon Teledera... matilah!

So happy cause pas begitu lama tak layan movie, tiga wayang aku da take in the past few days. Planning another trip soon.

Ok... time to call it a night... nak packing for Penang.

When you don't look for it, the real deal creeps up.

A few days ago met someone. That someone is still there.

I liked... but I ignored. Not interested. Biarlah...

Tapi dia lak mencuba sedaya upaya. Bersungguh. Takpe.. kalau nak cuba dan cuba lagi. Walaupun aku suka dan aku harapkan ko terus mencuba.

I know what I'm worth. And some people can settle for lesser because that's what they deserve and all they can afford. I work for the best, and I deserve the best.

No regrets. Regrets mean you never learn from your mistakes.

Just learning not to settle for cheap deals that don't pull through who try to pass off for something better than they really are.

All that aside... it was the best night I had... in years.

Ahhhh!!! What a beautiful day! Serious!!! Today was such a beautiful day I was actually happy for no reason.

Treated myself to another movie night sebab semalam nak back to back tapi da lewat tak sempat marathon.

Went to catch Inception

This is going to be a strange reaction. I like Inception because it's such a mind fuck. It messes you up. And it needs just a bit of thinking (some friends who watched it didn't get it... which says a lot about them kan).

Everything about it was good.

Tapi walking out, I didn't feel excited.

I don't know why. I admit it has to be one of the best movies of the year. But not only did I get shades of Matrix and Being John Malkovich among many other movies - I was slightly let down because I expected too much with everyone raving how fantastic it was.

Still, worth it - more so than Sorceror's Apprentice.

Anyway pas abih lari ke KLPAC for Yuna's Decorate album launch and showcase.

Am so in love with the album! Get your Decorate today. Seriously! The album is THE BOMB!!!!

Rugi korang kalao tak. Ok ok.. me nak put the CD on repeat and go to sleep dah.. night guys.

Crappy

Let me start this entry by sharing a little something.

Since they say a picture paints a thousand words... here's one to go a long way.

After the shitty service and totally tak berbaloi monthly amount I have to pay for the shitty service, I decided to finally terminate the Maxis broadband I've had for about two years plus or so.

It took one hour, one fucking hour to be called.

You know why it took an hour at Maxis service centre at Pavilion? Even though their six or seven staff were more than the four customers in front of me?

Because they insisted on having different numbers for different services. And the motherfuckers there, let me wait an hour cam haram jadah pukimak! Because they never bothered to call my number!

And they were just dilly-dallying dengan malas nya. Serious! Zero efficiency outlet nih. Maxis should be ashamed of the level of quality (sub standard is still a level).

After about an hour, I snapped and remarked to one of the staff saying that I'd been waiting for an hour.

He told one of the counter staff, who called for the number for the broadband service after another five minutes.

It took a whole two minutes to realize the number he called, which was before mine, had no owner. Presumably because that customer was so disgusted he decided to walk out. Only then did the counter staff call me.

Credit where it's due, that counter staff, settled my account termination within minutes. Too bad by then, it made me even more mad simply because I waited an hour for something that took less than five minutes because of the staff's stupidity? Really?

You know what they say about paying peanuts and getting monkeys? I'm assuming Maxis isn't even paying Ngan Yin Cap Ibu Jari rates by the way their staff work rivally even the lesser of the simians!

Tengok ni... ramai sangat kan customer. Sampai kena tunggu sejam...

Singgah Gucci jap nak lepak lepas tension. Fell in love with a belt and a pair of shoes... nak je beli terus. Tapi took a deep breath and walked out. I promised myself kena tunggu dua tiga bulan agik pas aku beli my laptop bag.

So walk away... sebab kengkawan semua sibuk, I got to do something I haven't done in a long while. Solo movie night!

Went to Gardens. Sebelom tu singgah Chinoz my sis and colleagues melepak makan. Minum sat ngan meka. Sambil-sambil tu nak online.

Matilah ko! This has to be THE longest password I've ever come across. Crazy!

Pas abih lepak ngan meka naik gi layan Sorceror's Apprentice.

Erm... I thought the movie was a good popcorn flick. Worth the money, but somehow it's too Disney. Well, it IS a Disney production so expect them to serve ham and cheese.

Memang ending dia expected and it's a movie that doesn't need too many brain cells to enjoy.

So worth it... just don't expect too much than a normal Disney feelgood flick.

Ni masa Cat dok tayang baby baru dia kat Fafau. Tapi memang cute anak dia.

Aku snappy Nazril cause I love his shirt! Cantik gila...it's got like this propped collar. Tak silap aku Sazzy belikan masa kat Sydney or something. I like the shirt... nak carik gak!

Sempat snap kengkawan yang rajin meng-Twitter-kan diri, si Schawalina. Otherwise known as Scha, Awal dan manager Awal, si Lina. Matilah feeling Brangelina katanya aku nak pandai pandai gabungkan nama.

Farhan has slimmed down so much, it's nice to see dia d banyak perubahan lately. I like!

Well, for me, masa aku nampak, visually my first answer was Louboutin. Second was Chanel (though tak penah nampak Chanel ala pony hair)

And true enough, my guess was right. They're Christian Louboutin. Suka sangat tekstur berbulu gituh. And high! Heels, the way it should be made - high.

Sempat tuh aku nak snappy katanya. Sebenarnya tukang pakai masa kena interview tak larat nak pakai da. Mana taknya, kasut camni five minute heels jek tapi dia kena pakai semalaman sebab asik kena photograph.

Tuh dia... Faz. Sesuwai menang style award, very fitting.

Tapi selain kasut kan... ni aku paling suka.
