Keep walking, boots. Konsert Akademi Fantasia 4 minggu 4

Aku tau aku ada posting 'hutang'... tapi first things first... mengenai konsert minggu keempat.
Permulaan konsert keempat Akademi Fantasia was something yang I looked forward to, kerana aku rasa ni la minggu dimana majoriti pelajar betul-betul dicabar dengan pilihan lagu yang tidak memberikan perhatian kepada kemampuan peribadi.

For me, the concert was one that was really going to test the abilities of the kids.

And how did they fare?

Erm... read on ler kan. Setuju tau tidak - all I can say is, you guys have to think beyond sentiments kerana walaupun musim ni nampaknya pengundi lebih bijak menilai bakat, there still appears to be some who votes based on looks, kesian dan sebagainya.

Apapun, aku nak komen sikit pasal intro konsert kali ni. It started out with Adlin's apology for what transpired over the last concert, which I think was good, both for him and Astro.

Tapi aku cam geram lak bila Saleem lak went on non-stop. Bukan apa... memang dia berhak bersuara, but I think it was too long drawn and that dia went on and went, which was unfair to Adlin who had apologised to Saleem over national TV.

After all's said and done, kalau you were sincere in accepting the apology, then perhaps you should act like it. Malas komen lebih... pikir sendiri.

Oh... and Kevin Zahri was just so bloody irritating... dia cam so in love with the camera (his second relationship after the affair with himself).

Now on to the concert.

Velvet - Dikir Puteri (Noraniza Idris)
I think Velvet genuinely started out well, but something went wrong by the chorus and she seemed to be really pitchy there.

Entah ler...

I salute her because memang susah ler for her to maintain her composure, singing and dancing as well, which I think she did fairly well,

Still she seemed too preoccupied dan terlalu fokus pada tarian dia sampai dia tak memberi perhatian pada stage presence dia.

Entahlah... by midway through the song, baru separuh jalan je dia cam hilang confidence.

Patutnya dia patut lebih yakin not only because she was the opening show, but also because she had this whole ensemble of not only dancer tapi also the backing of pelajar lain.
Camna tuh Velvet... AIYAK!!! Tak consistent lak... ni yang risau ni. I think she's losing focus, and Velvet better brush up real fast.

Haziq - Buat Sang Puteri (Spider)
I have to admit, Haziq memang improve and he did better than expected. BUT aku tetap kata dia overrated because he was just screaming everytime the chorus came about.

Lagikpun, aku memang meremang bulu roma ngan aksi Karam Singh Walia dia yang tak ubah-ubah... except this time Karam with Parkinsons lak.

It's getting tiring... and I really don't know how orang leh anggap jeritan dia tuh sebagai vokal yang power. Come on ler guys.... this is ridiculous.
At least Farah dalam musim kedua, sedar dan cuma ubah bila dia strain high notes dia and resorted to shouting.

Ni lak...seolah orang kita tak tahu beza between singing and shouting!
Anxiety disorder katanya... aku lak anxiety disorder bila tengok camnih. Aduh...
Erm... tapi tak berani la nak ngata Haziq. Tengok muka dia... nak ngadu tuh kat mummy and daddy!

Horrors la muka dia!!!

Zila - These Boots Are Made For Walking (Nancy Sinatra/Jessica Simpson)
Her diction is far from perfect, tapi aku salute si Zila because she definitely made an immense efforts to perform despite her limitations.

Yang cuma menganggu aku sepanjang persembahannya adalah penari latar yang dok tengah tuh! Aiyo! Horror!!!

Pompuan tulen ke tak ni? Penari mana lak diupah Astro nih???!!!
One more thing, Astro pas ni kena klasifikasikan ler Akademi Fantasia as 18SX judging by wardrobe.

Perhatian ek... pattern baju telah diubah design nak sesuaikan ke the area yang dok meka nak promote sangat ngan baju yang sebegitu erm... sopan.

Nampaknya ada double standards dimana students kena cover up tapi back-up dancer ala gadis-gadis kelab dangdut.

Back to Zila... she was still too cautious, terlampau berjaga-jaga kerana takut wat kesilapan, dan seperti Velvet, kekurangan keyakinan dia mencacatkan sedikit persembahannya.

Patutnya she was taught to understand what she was singing cause I really agree with Adlin yang dia patut mainkan watak seductress atau penggoda yang bersesuaian ngan tema lagu.

Still, Zila gave a decent show... despite baju horror yang dia pakai crotchet knitwork ngan pattern ala patchwork quilt with sequins.

Diddy - Nusantara (Kembara)
Aku rasa siot punya kelakar ler skit ngan Hamid Gurkha nyanyi kat Bora Ombak tuh... even though it was a guilty pleasure to be laughing at his singing. Mmm... orang tuh dah senja, tak elok gelakkan dia.

On Diddy's performance itself, I can see a stabilisation of Diddy's vocals, and how there is more confidence in his execution.

His ability to handle the choreography and vocals is commendable, but still I have a problem with his stressing concentration.

Dalam nak pastikan stage performance dia memuaskan, he was all over running like a headless chicken. I think someone has to talk to him about how to learn to enjoy those moments, and why he has to do what he has to do... dan bukan main buat apa yang di suruh saja.

Aku in two minds about him honestly, sebab next to Zila, being hardworking and all, he has a problem with projecting his real personality, which is more interesting onstage.

Amirul - Khatulistiwa (Blues Gang)
First of all... perlu ke promote si pengawas sekolah rendah si Jamal tuh!!!!
Sheesh... anyway Amirul was nothing to shout about in the vocal department.

He 'Haziq-ed' midway ngan terkucil and ended up screaming the rest of the way.
Keep it real katanya... keeping it real would be keeping him out.

Kalau tak ada Ito aku da keluar gi hisap rokok je nak ilangkan stress kena layan nyanyian FLAT dia tuh. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Aku rasa Amirul is the only student yang paling tak progress langsung (saingan terdekat dia Salima and Haziq dari aspek ni).

He appears tone deaf... his singing lacks dynamics and dah ler time kena tegur Kak Ani... dia seolah kerek cam... he couldn't be bothered with the advice and asyik "Terima kasih...terima kasih...". Ni ler budak yang tak akan belajar langsung... kalau dia sibuk nak tidur... orang lagik nak tidur time dia wat show (except lalakan dia will keep you awake)

Farhan - Tak Ingin Lagi (Misha Omar)
Perlu ke membawa Shazzy?
I think it was unnecessary for him to be there, but dengan adanya si Shazzy ni, aku rasa lagi terbukti Farhan mampu mengawal pentas, walaupun ada yang tompang menyemak atas tuh.

Body language and communication dia with Shazzy, the camera and audience was fantastic!

Vocal control dan breathing technique dia superb and almost flawless. Her improvisation would put Misha to shame.

Definitely... undoubtedly... the BEST performance of the night!!!

And most importantly... Farhan is the most consistent dari semua pelajar seperti dibuktikan daripada empat persembahan.

By the way, pada mereka yang tidak ketahui, Farhan bukan nyanyi sora falsetto sebab ramai puji control vocal dia ni in falsetto. Women do NOT have falsettos.

Faizal - Wo! (Zahid)
Aku memang suka Faizal gila babas... tapi aku kena kata persembahan lagu Wo! Faizal was HORRIBLE!

Cam badut si Pejal ni...er... kenapa lak dia asik tenung kawasan dada penari pompuan yang dok nari ngan dia masa dance break tuh. Gatal gak budak ni... ingat gibeks... ke cover line sebab orang dok perasan dia sesuatuh touchy feely gituh.

Anyway, rap is something that needs an attitude in delivery... it's an artform, and Faizal was simply embarassing.

Just because he's cute, people forgive for screwing up the performance which was nothing short of disastrous!
Ricky Martin? Did Harun Salim Bachik make that comparison? William Hung mungkin lah...

At the end of the day, people have to admit this.
Despite Faizal punya bakat, masa time wat persembahan lagu Wo!, he couldn't sing, rap or dance.

And walaupun memang dia ada masaalah menari, aku rasa dia tak mencuba langsung untuk memperbaiki diri kerana terlalu yakin dia mempunyai ramai pengikut.

Walaupun Mawi dalam musim ketiga mengalami masaalah menari and dia sedar dia mempunyai sokongan kuat... at least midway Mawi improve sampai dia pun leh catch up bab tuh.

Faizal? I don't know... I'm starting to lose confidence in him.
Kongkang? Call him the whole simian family lor for all I care cause he sure dance deservedly into that one.

Memalukan saja tuan milik lagu, tak lain tak bukan, juara Akademi Fantasia musim kedua.
By the way... orang rappers pakai suar londeh. Erm... ni lak pakai atas pusat ke?
And erm... topi tu sapa punya ek sampai beso sangat tuh?

Salima - Senandung Hidup Berbudi (Ramli Sarip)
Ngilaian and monotony of her whole performance is simply becoming too predictable.

Aku lebih tertarik fokus kat pergelangan kakinya di mana aku terperasan rupanya dia pakai flesh coloured body stocking yang sampai tahap tu. Erm... sopannya walaupun kain terbelah, pakai stocking katanya.Yang nasi lemak lima puloh sen terbonjol apa cerita.

Aiyak....

"Kalau saya yang nyanyi,...saya pun akan sedar dan insaf" kata Harun SALIMA Bachik.

First of all.. mamat ni punya work so award-winning ker nak justify his position to make comments? Anyway... kalau dia insaf dan sedar... erm... Salima camna?

Apapun, Salima sumbang and was one of the vocally worst of the night.... tak paham gak terselamat lagik minah ni. Nunggu masa je... tak sabar aku nak standing ovation tuk dia time dia exit kang.

Lotter - Bertemasya Desa Gemalai (Ramli Saripl)
What the f**k was Lotter doing???!!!

He started was too low, and terus kesumbangan overdose!

Picking up he just picked up momentum and overshot the mark.

Suara dia boleh diklasifikasikan sebagai suara orang baru bangun tidur yang lum 'pecah'.
Kalau yang lain susah kerana tercabar dengan genre, aku rasa Lotter ni tercabar dari semua aspek.

He was definitely THE WORST of the night, even outdoing Amirul, Salima dan Haziq.
Diatas pentas... tengok elok-elok. Seperti member aku pesan... rupa dia dah mula ilang perbandingan ngan Aziz Satar (which is actually a cute comparison) and more similar to Toki (visual horror - merasalah nightmare)

He is succumbing to the worst fears I had for him which is started out with a bang... and since then spiralling uncontrollably downwards and sucking more and more.

Sebelum apa-apa, aku nak katakan, aku nilaikan Zila, Faizal a little differently sebab tau mereka yang sebenarnya paling sukar membawa lagu-lagu tugasan memasing.

Aku rate kan Faizal low sebab takde effort, tapi aku generous ngan Zila sebab aku rasa she did try her best.

And that's what is partially important... not totally... but the effort counts for something. But of course at the end of it... results do matter.

All in all, aku rasa aku terhibur gak keseluruhannya konsert ini walaupun sakit telinga ngan binatang-binatang liar yang di benarkan masuk dewan dan melalak tanpa kira masa.

Menuju Puncak was the best of the season so far, with more energy and punch, walaupun Faizal tetap the worst. Bab tu, I have to say the best dancer is Amirul... but I suppose God gives a little extra to those who lack so much.

Congrats to Linda dan Corrie sebab berjaya gak dera bebudak ni nak improve.Yang pentingnya, selepas semusim senyap... pyrotechnics kembali untuk konsert Akademi Fantasia, menambahkan 'umphh!!!' pada show.

Here hoping meka akan ubah-ubah choreography untuk spice things up. And perhaps, supaya bebudak ni lebih focused on performing well for Menuju Puncak, harap-harap Astro consider tutup voting SELEPAS meka selesai tarian tuh.

This will also give more time to pelajar yang perform last sekali supaya mereka yang mengundi berdasarkan persembahan diberi masa lebih sikit.

At least kalao wat camtuh, bebudak ni risau sikit dan brush up their dance (note : Faizal kongkang) and takde ler bebudak ni curi tulang sangat (ada yang tak menyumbang suara and nyanyi at some points masa Menuju Puncak)

Please ler people... start voting based on QUALITY dan bukan sentiments ler... bila nak maju ni. Sampai bila nak camni... kalau hancur pun puji.
Ni kedudukan undian sebelum dan selepas konsert.

Seperti dapat diperhatikan, Salima sekali lagi terselamat. Dan mangsanya Zila.

Apapun, I think this is simply ridiculous. Mengikut sumber yang monitor undian, Salima sebenarnya menduduki tangga terbawah sehingga lima minit terakhir baru dia pintas Zila. Hmphh!!! Sampai bila ler nak terselamat ni...

Aku happy sebab pengundi semakin bijak menunjukkan sokongan untuk persembahan yang berkualiti ngan mengAFUNDI Farhan untuk menduduki lagi sekali lagi diatas.

Apapun, seperti biasa, Isnin tahu ler apa datang kan? So wait for that. Also cita pasal trip kat Singapore yang HORROR!!!!

Erm... aku terhutang ngan peminat Rich kan pesanan dia masa kat last Monday kan? Sorry ler time tu tak sempat, bukan tanak posting.. paham ler ek sebab aku rushing nak abihkan keja sebelum berangkat ke Singapore for four days.

Kalau ahli anggota keluarga pelajar lain sibuk bak banner dan sepanduk nak promo dan support favourite memasing, ni yang paling semangat punya promo bagi aku, iaitu kaum kerabat Zila. Salute tul tengok keta meka pun dihias.

So meka dapat ler anugerah khas dari aku ni tuk semangat waja. Apapun... kesian lak aku teringat sebelum konsert aku amik pic keta meka ni nak kongsi, abih konsert tersingkir lak.

Adus... why lah... masih tak puas ati aku walaupun tuk aku Zila tuh kekadang nunggu masa je rupa dia. Still, it wasn't her time and she could have improved more given the chance.

Selain radio Ria di Singapura (selama dua minggu), lagu Caramu juga kerap menduduki Carta Sepuluh dan juga Carta 20 xfresh dan masih antara tiga lagu teratas! Ni tak kira lagi kedudukan top three di radio Kristal Brunei dan juga Hot Fm dan sebagainya.Terima kasih pada peminat Nikki dan juga Zahid (you go ZA8FC-KSNM!!!) kerana terus memastikan lagu tu at the top!

*Aku akan berada di Singapore sampai hari Ahad. My flight is at noon esok (Selasa) dan aku akan kembali at about 8pm on Friday atas kerja (dan juga Singapore Sale). Mmm...tengok memang muram sungguh ler bebudak ari ni, especially Lotter and Velvet, sampai tak nampak terdandan si Velvet ni. Yang penting tetap eyeshadow flawless ok walaupun sedih. Now that's looking good in the face of adversity for you.

Aww.. God... muka Lotter aku tengok... sampai sedih cam Rich dah ninggal. Bukan sedih dia terkeluar Akademi.

Faizal as usual no expression, Amirul sengih je walaupun dia pun horror meleleh masa konsert, Salima merapu ngan jawapan begitu diplomatic.

Er... kenapa ada private message untuk Velvet? Or more appropriately "Please tell her, that I care about her very much, please be strong etc...I care about you tiga juta kali". Dah keluar, jangan ler nak kenenkan... it doesn't work la... not unless they showed more on the possible romantic links... kan? Kalau tak the story just isn't believable. Lagik pun kan da audio wasiat.

Why the need??? Someone enlighten me.

Besides, kang tak pasal-pasal Velvet di 'hantar' jumpa Rich. Aiyo... jangan ler!!! Salima or Haziq ler jadik postman tuk pesan mesej dah ler.

Mak aih!!! Endorsement lagik! That is one heck of a humongous machine lor nak exercise on.
Erm.. World Cup related exercise by Dr. Eveready. Lotter, Velvet, Amirul di pilih dok dalam satu kumpulan (Jepun sebab mata sepet - perlu ke??? Haiyo!), Farhan, Faizal and Zila (Itali - don't know wy for real... but yeay... Farhan dan Faizal together in one group) and Salima, Haziq and Diddy (Brazil - also don't know why.. but kesian si Diddy). Cat muka katanya...

Merasalah comot gila muka Velvet dikerjakan teammates dia. Cam pakai bedak sejuk pastu di pukul kat molot sampai berdarah. Amirul lak nampak cam puppy doq with one spot on his eye... Salima and Haziq looked like corpses... merasalah!

Lotter cam muka kena ripped in half!

Futsal katanya... erm. Pakai lutut?

Er.. kenapa panggil Hazama? As important as celebrating Tasha punya birthday masa konsert lepas. Cmon ler... those kids were eliminated takyah ler expose them more to the public eye giving them more hope through the public attention. Hish...

Tak sesuai tengok Salima join berebut bola ok with the rest of the guys.

Pastu injured la katanya.... tapi gelak tengok Velvet tarik Salima kuar sambil buat effect ambulance.

Aiyak... abih Diari pertama tribute to Rich punya montage, tunjuk si Velvet lap air mata. Erm... mintak-mintak ler tak dihantar kuar bersama ler.. ish ish ish...

Second started with scenes of Rich dan Velvet tengok bola kat Hartamas Square kat match Brazil versus Australia.

Masa jumpa kat ruang tunggu Akademi, Velvet dan Rich biasa je... erm.. takde pun excited ke haper. Tapi yer yer lak kesedihan sebelum. Drama queen lebih lah bebudak ni. Bebudak ni chauffered with all this attention... mesti ada yang geram kalao gi sana tuk tengok match terpaksa give way to the whole production.

Sudahpun agak... Rich pilih velvet sebab nak elak bebudak lelaki lain jeles, and I think it was a pretty good move.

Diddy lak cedera masa mandi... tapi again... lawak dia lagik.

Pandai mereka bagi new toy in the exercise machine so that Kevin Zahri can avoid from saying carbs... not like it matters sebab aku segera turunkan volume as he showed the kids how to use the machines.

Comments and all later... erm.. Ramli Sarip siap urut tangan Faizal yang lenguh time tengah review the kids' performance.

Lagu tugasan... Zila aiyo... pronounce it right la..

Aku suka part Ramli Sarip bagitau the results of the AFUNDI sejurus tutupnya undian... at least these kids know where they really stand. Cam Farhan, I hope she's more excited about her show from now on, sebab no matter what, as long as she performs good and convinces people, I know she'll stay on for much longer.

Muka Salima lak masa dengar dia second last... dah ler tepong komak... tambah agik pucat ala horror, though she tried to keep this blank expression.

Ni senarai lagu untuk minggu ni.

Aku suka almost all the selections sebab minggu ni nampak ler meka ni akan mula tercabar dengan genre tugasan different from what each person is used to. Tapi motif ada dua lagu Ramli Sarip?

By the way, mengenai serangan ke atas blog aku, atas nasihat ahli keluarga, aku sudahpun membuat keputusan mendiamkan diri. Tapi ini tidak bermaksud aku mengalah, kerana bak kata Vince, "tiada pengalah". Matilah...

Apapun, so be it... if someone gets their kicks in being abusive, more power to you... I'm sure your mother is really proud of you.

Soal aku bergaduh ngan seseorang, all I can say is, based on advice to make peace, so be it too. I can't do anything if someone chooses to be immature, and in fact, I pity that person.

Terpulang ler... bila ko nak mula bertanggungjawab atas perangai dan kelakuan ko. Aku tak maapkan ko atas apa ko buat, tapi sebab hormat orang lain yang dok tengah terluka atas peperangan ko nak, demi menjaga kepentingan peribadi, aku mendiamkan diri... for now.

We can never be friends, and I hope one day you learn just what you did is wrong.

The blues can be good! Konsert ketiga Akademi Fantasia 4

Semalam blog aku kena serang.... mmm.. entah siapa kan?

Ada kejutan nanti.

Apapun... wait for more news on that. To that coward, dahler pakai nama ntah haper nak carut aku konon... apa ko merapu tu? Really.. so desperate ke nak kutuk aku? Sampai main hentam je... dahler terpaksa pakai berbagai nick?

Moving on... cause aku takkan ngalah pada bangsa binatang yang masuk rumah orang perasan nak wat hal (yes, I left your comments for the world to see just how stupid you sound trying to piss on me)...

About the concert earlier today... not in the mood to praise anything, but don't want to be super-critical as well.

To be fair, let's start with the overwhelming negative.

Semalam punya tarian Menuju Puncak was simply the worst in comparison ngan musim-musim sebelumnya.

I mean, check this out... sampai peringkat minggu ketiga, kalau dilihat pada musim Akademi Fantasia yang lain... even Mawi was able to dance by then.

Ni takyah kata Faizal kongkang.. semua pon camtuh. It looked like a Sunday stroll with a really sensitive boil kat celah punggung, the way they danced.

Kesian tul si Linda dan Corrie, pas show jumpa, tension bebetul sekor-sekor nih.
Tak bersungguh langsung nak membuat yang terbaik. Cam tak penting langsung pada mereka Menuju Puncak ni.

Mentang-mentang undian da tutup masuk Menuju Puncak, mereka ni ingat, tak ada keperluan untuk mereka do their best... so they can just such big time.

It's not so much about votes, but more of the tradition of the past seasons of Akademi Fantasia where it has always been treated with religious fervour. Tapi untuk bebudak ni, aku rasa meka tak paham langsung how important it is for them to do it nice. Oh well...

Moving on to the concert, aku straight to the shows jer la ek.

By the way, the whole cake scene was a waste of time... motif nak celebrate birthday Tasha? I mean.. it's nice and all... but buang masa je on air.Dahler masuk si Awie jadian tuh! Si Shkandar tak silap aku nama dia... mamat yang gagal ujibakat Akademi Fantasia pastu jadi pak pacak semua program Astro. Weird!

Salima - Obsesi (Juliana Banos)
With a draped vest thingie ala crochet knit tablecloth, Salima played cowgirl. I don't know about everyone else, tapi aku terus terbayang iklan OSIM Gallop tu... yang iklan korang senonoh tuh, orang dok tunggang benda ala yang urut bontot dan peha tuh.

Well, first the positive. She was better than Juliana Banos. That's a compliment if you can take it that way.

Deja was spot on her vocal weaknesses yang nampaknya tak diperbetulkan gak dari sebelum-sebelum ni, while M. Rajoli cam buang masa je ada sana. Adlin was also spot on with mentions on the wardrobe (everyone's fave topic skang) and lack of energy from Salima.

Erm... pas nyanyi... scene ala Mas, tapi bukan bak anak, tapi nak adik Salima.
Bak kata chatters kat msjbox aku, kesian tengok adik Salima rindu kakak dia. Mari kita ketemukan Salima ngan adik tersayangnya, dan jangan pisahkan mereka for even one second more... kita keluarkan je Salima ler minggu depan ek.

Amirul - Yesterday (The Beatles)
Walaupun ramai tension ngan Amirul sebab sentiment, but I think he was indeed better than suited to the song. HOWEVER, there was little use of dynamics and he just sort of rushed through the song. Too simple. No improvisation. No lenggok ker haper ker... takde kreativiti langsung.

M. Rajoli still merepek, but suddenly made a good mention on stage performance. Memang si Amirul tu ketara pejam mata (ke dia bukak tapi kita ingatdia pejam?) throughout the song.

Lawak bodoh dari kengkawan... Astro nak bak The Beatles ke sebagai kejutan?
Erm... leh ker ada yang lawat dari kubur ni... lain jer!

Why lah?? Start aja da salah lirik! Rich still hasn't learned at all for me, or very little at least.

Dia masih dengan his old ways, and nampaknya sikit sangat yang di ajar tenaga pengajar yang menyerap dalam persembahan dia.

I think the same comment was used in the last two weeks, so malas nak elaborate.

Zila- Tak Tercapai Akalmu (Elyana)
Kesian kan si Zila... mana taknya pakai t-shirt pagoda... walaupun luarannya glitters belaka. Dahler baju lampu lip lap mapal haprak tu...very the busuk.

Erm...

I think she did ook overall, but like a lot of the kids, Zila pun bab lagu rancak sikit jer tak bermaya, and extremely lacklustre.

Like Adlin pointed out, she is quite forgettable... and I think she has to work on projecting her personality and character more through her performance supaya lebih berkesan persembahannya.

Malas komen lebih. One word. FANTASTIC! And I think Malaysia agrees! Judging by the votes.... hope Farhan keeps it up as she is THE MOST consistent performer setakat ini.

Haziq - Cinta Nusantara (Sheqal)
Tak ada apa yang menarik, persembahan biasa, vokal pun biasa... erm... yang luarbiasa tuh camna dia masih leh bertahan.

Seperti mana minggu lepas, sampai ada satu part, mesti terbabas!

Aiks!
CD lompat ke? Hah... tu ler akibat burn CD murah!
It was a weird and rocky start for the music, and also Lotter. As the song progressed it became better, tapi aku rasa cam missing something je.

I don't know, I think Lotter can be a serious performer if he wants to, cuma mungkin somehow the whole feel hari ni spoil sebab muzik yang aku rasa memang tak kena.
Vocally I see an improvement, tapi memang first verse tu ala Titanic karam tak hengat!

Velvet - Teman Tapi Mesra (Ratu)
She started out WAY too low, and like a friend commented, it may have something to do with the fact that it was the music to blame (Sham Kamikaze sila jawab)

The intro to the song was too horrible, tak sanggup aku dengar, walaupun hype memula nak enjoy the song.

Got distracted by penari backing yang pakai seluar berkilat ala beg plastik sampah itam.

It didn't help.

Velvet tried to pick things up and let loose her vocals, only this time it didn't work. Memang it salvaged a little of the show, but I thought it was definitely her worse in three weeks. Let's hope she performs lebih elok minggu akan datang ni and Malaysia keeps her in because she is one of the best vocalists in the show.

Just hope dia takkan terlalu confident lagi lain kali kalao pada awal konsert dia at the top, because I think overconfidence was a huge contributor to the bad show.

Diddy - Memori Luka (Headwind)
The strength of the song, kekuatan melodi and all, saved Diddy this time. Tapi to be fair, Diddy banyak improve. Aku rasa antara semua pelajar, dia lah yang paling mendadak perkembangan dalam tiga minggu.

Better vocal control, takder Hunchback of Notre Dame lagik... and he looks less intense, walaupun kekadang masaalah penghayatan tu tetap ada. And oh, tak lupa last part pon ada ler erm.. Karam Singh Walia sikit (teringat pergerakan tangan Haziq bila sebut Karam nih)

Promising show from Diddy, dan harapnya minggu ni dia akan memberikan one more great performance so the audience will keep him in longer.
One of the better male students in this concert.

Faizal - Blues Terengganu Kita (Iklim)
Aku really think Faizal wasn't all that impressive.

Like Velvet, aku rasa Faizal sudah terlalu yakin dan selesa dengan kedudukannya yang sering diatas bersama Lotter.

Antara semua, aku rasa Faizal has the most natural showmanship and impressive vocals (kalau banding yang lain), but it's nothing really to shout for kalao dia stop working at this stage and tak progress as a singer, performer and entertainer.

Memang jauh perjalanan Faizal ni, tapi jangan awal-awal terlalu bersahaja hanya kerana fan power.
Dari awal kata suara dia cam Saleem, and I think it was nice to see him duet with Saleem. As for Adlin punya komen? Malas nakl komen on that... hak memasing.
I belive Adlin had good intentions to say that.. but hey... who am I to say.

Kalau sebelum ni aku selalu bagi keputusan undian sebelum dan selepas konsert, kali ni aku akan memberikan hanya the vote count at the end of the concert.
Simply because aku rasa the keputusan undian pada awal konsert dah tak penting, sebab tidak memberikan sebarang indication of what will happen unlike previous seasons.
But cukup ler nak kata Velvet dok paling atas dan Farhan paling bawah.
And the final results? This is it. Farhan amazing.. and rewarded! Salima da mula nampak her real spot deserved for her performance... cuma Haziq jer tak puas ati sikit. Tapi you win some you lose some la kan...Esok... seperti biasa... pada mereka yang regular...tau apa akan datang kan. Dan juga hasil kata putus dari streamyx and more on the case of the abusive comment/tagger yang menyerang blog aku.
By the way, aku takkan delet comment-comment itu kerana those comments are proof of how pathetic some people's mentality is at. Have a good day guys...

*Aku awal-awal kata akan buat posting on Saturday pre-concert tapi I don't think I have the mood, so apa aku leh kata is, bersedia tuk 'kejutan' dalam konsert ini (tak pun dalam konsert depan) mengenai jumlah pelajar. Nothing confirmed... just thought you guys should just stand by. Akan membuat posting on Sunday after the concert.

I want to start today's entry by saying ... "F**K THE FRISKIES CAT, FIFI!!!" Bak kata Pixie - kesian Fifi tak bersalah...)

You want endorsement? That's my reception towards crap endorsements like that.
Sure... what I want is watching Farhan chasing after the cat, and Faizal stroking pussy. Oops... did that sound nasty?

Tapi semalam punya Diari of that Adabi freak visiting the Akademi, then followed by the cat, points to a problem faced by Akademi Fantasia.

Exploitation.

I mean it's kind of ironic to say that as that's what the whole bloody thing is about anyway. The exploitation of pop culture... the exploitation of emotions etc...

But it's become so shameless these days with endless brands hauling their mascots into the act and it's like practically shoving their products right up your rectum forcibly (did that analogy bring pleasure to anyone - gelak sat ek).

Speaking of exploitation, tadik baru got off the phone with the mentally disturbed authority of Akademi Fantasia, and there was something shared that kind of struck a nerve.

"Akademi Fantasia - they show you what they want you to believe, but you have to look beyond that 'programming value' and determine for yourself the REAL layers that lie beneath".

Deep?

Not really.

That simply means, kalau production mahu menonjolkan sesuatu untuk ko percaya, and ko buta-buta nak translate the images literally, then ko ler mangkuk hayun, mangkuk jamban, botol kicap dan segalanya.

You have to think beyond what you see, and interpret the actions of the kids and their reactions... which is what most people don't do.

Ni masuk kes lain lak...but kind of related. Pada mereka yang faham dan bertanyakan aku mengenai ini, dan aku mula-mula tak ingin jawab... this is sort of your answer.

Lagik tak paham kalao ada yang kaki wat press release punya skema punya style, nak bodohkan orang with supposed insightful meanderings to pass it off as intelligent musings when they know next to nothing in most cases.

I mean it's not like they can write in the first place... bayau beribu pun tok dok goyang kaki merembes jer kerja ngan jantan wat apa?

You think you can write? Well, all I can say is some people just lack emotional quotient... and in some unique cases like I mentioned, they don't even have IQ to begin with.

So, they end up plodding through life, thinking helluva lot of themselves, scrounging around for free drinks and thinking the world of themselves.

And when someone proves more dynamic, they're threatened?!!!

Moving on (amik nafas dulu)... dalam Diari ari ni, ada sambungan dari semalam punya suspenseful ending, which reflects Haziq's insecurities - not unfamiliar seeing I have had the 'opportunity' to deal with someone similar as well, just OLDER.

Rupanya mamat ni (Haziq ler) kononnya insecure not because of the physical problems faced walaupun kata sakit badan and all, tapi sebab disturbed about the alliance yang aku kata formed between Lotter and Faizal, and subsequently Lotter and Rich. Erm... Diddy leh relax jer wat biasa, dia ni lak over sebab tak dapat attention.

Leh jalan la mamat.

The forced get-along was just crap, cause I think that was one concern yang Dr Eveready should have been there for to deal with, tapi time ni ler meka tanak panggil dia. Teruk la.. timing tak kena langsung.

Progress overall, aku thankful si Ajai ajar bebudak ni pasal stressing on the right lyrics to get the feel, as well as the importance of the application of the range of dynamics to their performance.

Walaupun benda basic yang aku perasan Adnan dan Siti Hajar wat in previous years, nampaknya this year, sampai minggu ketiga baru si Ajai yang tegur. Ker production edit? Not sure... but either way, it obviously helps.

Besh tengok si Marsha dan Felix muncul kat Akademi, but I think it would have been better kalau ada gabungan dalam kemunculan bekas pelajar dari antara mereka yang berjaya dari musim pertama hingga ketiga.

Samsuddin Amin? Erm.. bagus gak meka bak orang senior masuk Akademi, but I think it hardly helps the kids to spend time on learning about lenggok Asli yang bertahun nak perfectkan.
Still it was nice to see Amirul, Velvet, Rich, Farhan and Lotter mencuba lenggok asli ni... tapi perlu ke Haziq?

Nak tido laaa.... I suppose this is one of the indulgent moments nak build confidence dia kot so that he feels good about his kebolehan.

Diari kedua bermula ngan lalakan bebudak yang attempt Smells Like Teen Spirit. Horrors!!!!

Uwaaa.. kelas pengenalan taekwondo! I love this part because I used to take this. Ingat lagi time sekolah rendah amik kelas.

Sebab aku ni berat (doktor kata berat tulang, bukan sebab gemuk - yerlah tuh!!!) aku masa nak amik green belt punya exam, aku kena sparring ngan satu body weight class. I was Standard Five and my challenger was Form Three. Gila ke haper??!!

Tapi yang beshnya pastu sapa nak wat hal ngan aku kena penyepak atau penumbuk memang berbisa!!! Tapi aku surrender ler masuk brown belt jer. Sebab sakit la tengok orang breaking tiles and all. But at least sampai ari ni body aku walaupon bolat abih pun mampu nak ala split and kicks aku semua leh lagik.

Away from nostalgia and back to the Diari, aiyak, meka ni pecah apa tuh? Perlu ke?
I would have preferred to see them practise the basic patterns because it would help in their dancing and get their moves sharper.

Matila pasni aku kena bow to Fazley sebab belt dia itam. Aiyo... standard rule ma!
Erm.. kecoh bebudak ni gak ek kat meja makan. Mak bapak aku ajar masa time makan, jangan kecoh depan rezeki.

Suka sesi ngan Ramli Sarip, because I think he made a lot of comments were spot on, though hardly think as positively of what the kids will do in reacting to the helping statements.
Aiyo... while I love Ramli Sarip's whole shindig, I really can't take this emotion lah! It's so over!
I want to see them stick their damn noses to the grindstone.. and more importantly, getting BETTER! Not crying at every opportunity, and getting in touch with their inner selves.

Okler... sapa nak layan.. layan. Aku nak go out and PARTY!!! Need to celebrate something, even though nothing to celebrate sebab stress benda BODOH the whole week. Anyway, happy cause my mom medical check up ari ni dia ok, walaupun ada breathing complications before.

Rupanya stress sebab uncle aku ninggal and all, so it was kind of induced with her current health condition brought on already by age related factors. But thankfully she's ok... and my sis came back today for lunch kat rumah earlier, so it was at least a happy moment for me.
Now to.. PARTY!!! Eh.. sebelum tu. Lupa nak promo sat.

Bersedia untuk menghadapi apa sahaja tekanan keadaan

Opening je Diari Akademi Fantasia, kena berdepan ngan klon Felix.. maskot Adabi yang erm.. memang promosi abis-abisan nampaknya.

Banyak kot Adabi sponsor.

Fast forward sikit, tengok Faizal kena dera ngan Umi. Erm... macho si Faizal jalan complete with a swagger like, well, you can imagine. Patutlah sampai ada yang biased kerana tergedik nak kat dia.

Terbetul tak slight bongkok dia, doesn't matter. Orang kata orang yang bongkok...erm.. oh never mind. Nanti takde berita student lain asik focus dia jer... as it is pun official website Akademi Fantasia menjadi tempat promosi Faizal. Cam lupa lak ada 9 pelajar lain kat dalam tuh... (sesekali selit sorang lagi pelajar sebab takut kena serang)

Kelas drama, they went through some basic exercises with Umi, though malas nak explain, but I think so far, Umi's classes yang paling functional sekali. I think she's able to translate the need, and comes up with an applicable syllabus yang not only is functional tapi also entertaining to watch.

Eh... Rich dan Faizal dah jadi sahabat karib ke? Bila lak dia dump Lotter? Well, I suppose friendship is fleeting with some.

Amboi, Ajai kata da aemakin serasi si Amirul. Erm... takde vibrato takde apa-apa... feel? Ok jer...

Velvet memang besh tapi shot dia rehearse spoil ngan muka Salima as usual overdose lak cam perform miming. Tak tahan jer minah ni nak erm... lantaklah.

Diddy did way better than Amirul, but still tak berjaya keluarkan suara because he still seems way too tense. At least Syafizawati and Ajai tegur, hopefully Diddy improves on it in time.
Zila? Kenapa aku rasa cam dia sakit perut tengah tahan jer dari terberak time nyanyi? It was just decent vocal presentation, if you forgive the lack of projection.

But I do admit dia leh get into the groove of the song, so that's her plus point.

Rich wat lagu Sumazau ker? Tak pasai-pasai 'melebarkan' sayap sambil menyanyi. Rich doesn't quite understand subtle, a word he can't seem to really comprehend. Bila dia chill sikit, terus tak ada feel jadi drama swasta. But sesakit dengar suara Rich, teruk lagi bila Haziq came on next.

Apa lagi? Berminggu tengok Haziq, sama jer... takde perubahan... tak ada peningkatan.
Farhan was next, but the clip was way too short to actually grab a feel of whether she was doing well for Still Got The Blues ke tak... well hopefully she does it well enough.

"Malam ini... kamu semua berpeluang untuk berhubungan..."

Jeritan cam babun terkeluar sangkar tergedik baru dapat kerja.

Lain je bunyi ek Dr. Eveready wat offer. Korang kalao otak 18SX memang leh terbayang orgy lak.

Semua dapat peluang ngan family sebenarnya, tapi semua nampak ler lepas rindu... except ler Salima AS USUAL!

Jabatan Bekalan Air over melimpah!!!

Kalau cam si Velvet ok lagi, nangis pun bersebab birthday ayah dia.

Boringgggggg!!!! But cliffhanger si Diddy dapat panggilan lak entah dari pompuan mana...herm...

Lor...lagik satu gimik. Blur gak ek si Diddy. Sebelum kuar a few lines from Biarlah Rahsia, aku rasa orang dah leh tangkap sapa on the phone.

But anyway, it was a nice surprise for him, walaupun mula-mula dia maintain macho.

Abih kuar jer dari bilik, melonjat ke'happy'an.

The contact with the family bit was stupid...simply because I don't see why these kids have to be distracted and have precious moments focusing on emotions. Into the third week, they should already know that they's almost gone one third of the journey into their stay at Akademi Fantasia (untuk beberapa orang yang lain, semkin dekat ler to bye bye kan)

But nooooooo... we love drama kan??!!! But most of the kids were pretty alright in their handling. I especially loved how Farhan's mom shared tips with the girl on improving her performance. I thought it was positive that her parents were using the call to get the best out of her...rather than nak just waste time perah airmata.

The best example of that would be who else but.. surprise... surprise.. SALIMA!
Velvet again... aku leh maap kan ler sebab besday ayah dia kan?

One thing I noticed was that seems to be a new alliance forming ala Survivor. Kalao sebelum ni Faizal and si Lotter were best buds, the new week seems to have brought on a relationship shift with Faizal getting kissy huggy with Rich.

And the new alliance seems to have other 'tribes' especially the orang asli worried, but more on that later.

What's the deal with the greeting cards from Karen dan Nora?

Mmm.. meka baru seminggu dua in the Akademi lebih dari bebudak Prelude, so big hairy deal... besides, meka akan jumpa tak lama lagi (again, more on that later)

There wasn't much development, but the focus seems to be shifting to students yang sebelum ni lum dapat spotlight.

I loved the sentimental moment from Umi with Sacrifice from Elton John playing in the background. I suppose to naked, untrained eye, it would look extremely cliche and a bit demeaning for the exposure to the flow of emotion.

But I think Umi was trying perhaps to teach them more of harnessing relevant emotions that can be applied to performances for the feel of things, considering pelajar-pelajar Akademi Fantasia semua majoriti membuat persembahan tanpa emosi dan kekayuan.

What I think was demeaning was the chauvinistic act of forcing the girls to cook!!!

Ni jadik kelas Sains Rumah Tangga ke haper???

Pelajar lelaki semua bontot berat tak tolong langsung...and si pengawas sekolah rendah leh arahkan them midway through Syafizawati's class for the girls to get cooking, and the boys can continue.

So caveman mentality.... and I think it was definitely INSULTING that womenfolk, no matter what talents prevail, are considered to be good enough only in the kitchen to cook for starving neanderthals who knock on tables demanding to be fed.

After all, if this was Akademi Seni Rumah Tangga leh la... but the fact is that ALL the kids should be taught to assume responsibility... and I doubt pelajar-pelajar lelaki learned anything from that.

Well anyway, member aku, si Fida semalam kan masuk Diari... untuk nasihat bebudak pasal media communications. Ala... kembar seiras Jac yang terlebih placenta tuh (mampos aku kena carot ngan dia pasni)

Anyway ada ler story... tapi sebelum aku start cita, let me introduce to you a central character of the story. Cita dia pasal seorang erm.. banyak nama ler leh bagik kat dia, tapi malas ler...

Nama sebenar dia Zaihani Mohd Zain. Official title makcik (ke nenek?) ni kat Astro adalah Head of Wardrobe.

Yeap... she's the one to thank for all the lovely costumes yang korang nampak yang orang dok puji ketika konsert Akademi Fantasia.

Oh by the way, nothing to do with the topic, but do you guys love Yoda? Saja nak letak pic hiasan dia kat sebelah ni entah kenapa.

Now back to Zai. Well, kalau nak tau, memang ramai member reporters yang erm... uncomfortable with her. Mana taknya... banyak review da cita pasal quality pakaian.. tapi yang sampai balik kat telinga memasing, kami ni tatau pasal bab fesyen. Rasanya anyone with even any semblance of vision could tell you whether her wardrobe has been any good... but hey... kita ni kan tak ada qualifications in fashion as she says.

Ramai member media da go on heads on with her, and aku pun da pernah run-in ngan dia, tapi aku give it as good (if not better) than I get, so dia memang takder hal ngan aku. Berani ke?

Last sesi sentap ngan dia ni masa aku ikut bebudak Akademi Fantasia III ke Brunei. Masa tuh pakaian masa mereka wat performance kat Jerudong Amphitheatre memang erm.. 'bagus' sangat lah. Sampai dikritik dalam sidang akhbar. Dengan muka bengis dia jawab balik, "Mind you we're in Brunei, not KL."

I didn't see the relevance of that statement tapi lantak ko ler.

Pastu pusing je, wat muka toya, start kutuk bebudak media lak ngan beberapa orang kuncu dia, sampai press Brunei pun nyampah. Wat malu je.

Anyway, dengar cita, semalam Fida abih wat Diari, insan yang begitu murni itu, kutuk-kutuk Fida.

Kononnya dia cakap ngan bebudak kat control room, "Mulut #^& tu? Why are we inviting orang yang camtu... tak sesuai ngan kelas program Akademi Fantasia," or something like that la plus a lot more.

Apa salah si Fida yang tak penah tegur dia pun tatau la, sebab Fida ni memang non confrontational dan setau aku mengelak molot Zai tuh.

Anyway Fida placed a few calls and then dengar at the end of the day, Zai kena warning. Mmmm.. cam tak cukup je.

Astro bila nak tuko pala wardrobe ni?

Kali pertama ada adengan drama swasta gaduh!!! Yeahuuu!!!

Tatau ler sebab apa mula-mula... tengah sibuk taip tiba-tiba ada kecoh lak.

Hah... ni laa yang aku nak tengok!!!

Drama yang betul punya emosi!

Tanak la skrip ke lakon ke.. nak yang pure emotion. Now we get to see character sebenar bebudak ni.

Cis... rupanya bebudak ni wat lawak bodoh. Baru nak harap jer gaduh betul...ptoii!!! Ludah kahak kaler ijo... kaler rainbow lagik. Binatang!!!

By the way, Salima over wat muka terkejut.

Balik cita drama swasta, the Diari start mengenai kehilangan Farhan, following her disappearance semalam was played up for five minutes sebelum meka tunjuk yang dia sebenarnya dia da dibawa keluar untuk nak makeover!!!

Tapi yang potong stim tu buat setakat kat hostel wanita tuh perlu ke? Aiyak... but still at least ada ler improvement.

Aku paling suka statement si Lotter time panik kata tak mungkin Farhan merajuk sebab tu bukan cara dia, "kalau Haziq aku cayalah."

Kesian kan Salima.. meraung mintak cam nak jawab lak mana si Farhan. Plastiknya!

Bebudak tuh semua diplomatik... tapi cam si Haziq ni bebudak lain pon tak tahan.

Masuk kelas vocal Syafizawati, tengok semua tak semangat aja... erm.. sayang gak meka kan kat si Farhan. Padan muko sengsorang kalao Farhan takde sebab pengundi mangkok kang kalao Farhan tak make it... their favourites jugak punished by not having the sisterly Farhan around.

Jamal pengawas sekolah tu memang fail ler bab lakonan...nak mintak teka-teka pun buang masa je.

Lawa gak Farhan punya rambut baru. Pesen rebonding. Sayang I would have preferred kalau rambut dia lebih sculptured nak sesuai ngan bentuk muka dia, but better ler at least kan.

Kalao korang tengok muka bebudak yang ada keliling dia, ada yang betul-betul gembira ngan perubahan Farhan, tapi aku tengok cam ada yang tak puas ati.

Malas nak cakap sapa ler tapi korang tengok sendiri.

Dalam kelas Ajai, sedap nyanyian Velvet, but I think she needs more attitude and feel in Teman Tapi Mesra yang sepatutnya lebih menggoda. She's coming off a little karaoke at times. Bagus gak Ajai betulkan...

As for Faizal, sedap tetap sedap. Tapi still aku maintain dia da mula nampak terlampau selesa ngan kedudukan dia. Erm.. jangan Pejal... nanti orang bosan.

Zila and Lotter did quite well and nampaknya they're showing a different side to themselves vocally, one more life in her singing while the other more serious and focused in his vocal presentation.

Tul ke kena 16 buah lagu si Faizal ni?

Erm.. Rich lak cita pasal band dia and all.

Nak masuk Diari kedua, aku da mula pissed off gila da. Mana taknya... tengok kat opis, bebudak da nak carik gaduh da nak tukar tengok match Spain. Pala hangguk opah hang....!!!

While watching the issue of berat badan - alahai... ada ler yang merungut lagi nak tengok bola. Wei gi mampos wei... aku on TV ni aku have first say. Nak tengok talipon kat tempat duduk aku melayang...

Make-up artis kontrak Astro gak yang masuk nak bagik lecture. Nampaknya mak andam skang da sampai tahap pujian gaban sampai leh masuk TV ajar make-up ek. Get ler a professional dari L'oreal ke, M.A.C. ker, Maybelline ke. Erm.. ajar bab bedak asas lak.. seb baik tak kata bedak sejuk.

Barangan dapat tuh dari L'oreal tapi pemakainya pakai yang sama branded ke tak?

Faizal dapat tips one on one ek tuk persembahan lagu dia? Did I hear wrong? Perlu ke?

Mintak-mintak tanak la.. apa cita handstands ni... sabau jer la..eh..nak gi makan.. bosan. Faizal ngada la (sambil gelak teringat bab meka gaduh)

Hipokrit!

Sorry ler guys aku tak sempat update yesterday's ulasan dan carutan of Diari Akademi Fantasia hari Selasa. Sibuk korek cita... nak tau cita apa? Beli The Malay Mail hari esok kat muka depan!
Apapun, going straight into what happened on the Diari, the story picked up ler daripada cita lirik-lirik dan taju lagu mengarut yang telah diberikan.

Bab ni aku suka sangat tengok Papa Rock dan si Ajai ni berlakon, real siot. Siap leh wat nyanyi semua kan like it's for real.

Tengok muka-muka budak-budak tuh horror sekor-sekor aku gelak cam owang gila.

Anywway masa dapat lagu sebenarnya, aku letih lak tengok Faizal practise. Aku masih sokong Faizal, cuma aku cam tension dia dapat lagu Ganu Kiter tuh cause I wanted him to prove to be more adventurous in his attempts, and somehow Astro is not allowing for it.

Paling seronoknya si Velvet lah.. or as she say, "So siok!"

Muka penyu menyusul... sapa lagik kalao bukan Salima wat muka sedih.. leh dia berani kata lagu Obsesi tu, "tak penah dia dengar etc... tak penah tau pun ada lagu camni kat Mesia". Opah hang.... kalao you turn on the radio the past few months, mesti dengar punya. Don't ler reveal your own ignorance.

Nyampah tengok muka M. Nasir... and tak kuasa Rich nak membodek ngan tak abih-abih go on about "saudara M. Nasir".

Velvet dan Faizal ada dalam scene lawak memasing practise lagu sendiri. Sebut practise, meka tunjuk ler Salima sekali tengah practise lagu dia. All I can say is, kalau sesapa ikut Akademi Fantasia dari musim pertama, korang ingat tak time Atie nyanyi kat tangga nak practise lagu tuh?

Memang Salima ni... erm.. Astro kena dapat sponsor pengorek telinga.

Aku nampak Lotter dan si Zila trying hard to get their songs right, while Haziq was just... erm... entahlah. Dah naik malas dan muak tengok muka dia.
Farhan dan Velvet lak, memasing menunjukkan meka bakal tak menghadapi masaalah ngan lagu tugasan memasing.

Rich? Dia, Salima dan Haziq leh pakat wat satu geng ler... hadiahnya piala SUMBANGsih!
Kelas Syafizawati, Amirul dan Haziq langsung tak serious time vocal lessons, manakala si Salima ni time practise lagu pegang muka camtuh kenapa? Sakit gigi ke???

Dalam kelas Ajai, masa tengah practise lagu Zila, si Salima lak over gedik-gedik cam ungka, bontot kena gigit semut.

Gimik memperkenalkan tamu dengan Kak Engku masuk sebagai cleaner ni was quite nicely done, and I though memang benda tu did show something revealing about perangai bebudak.
First nak rush tolong 'kemaskan' ruang tamu bersepah tu, si Farhan. Si Salima pun leh lari tuk nak tolong.. ok gak ler tuh (the only time aku puji Salima setakat ni - mahal tuh!) diikuti Zila manakala yang lain tercegat je tengok.

Aku suka komen-komen Raja Azura about how lagu macam skrip.. ada jalan cita, kena paham dan bukan je hafal supaya penjiwaan not affected. Wait a minute! Check balik posting lama aku... pasal kertas Double A. Ingat tak aku sebut pasal bab tuh...

"Kita kena jujur, kalau tak suka kata tak suka"

Kak Engku.. salute lah! Masaalahnya orang memang tak suka dengar yang sebenar pasal diri mereka. The truth hurts... time cakap benar, orang kita ni, biasalah... "ko dengki.... busuk hati.. buta seni.."

Tudung Pondok Buruk? Tudung saji pun leh bagi kat Salima. Tak heran...

Dalam kelas Corrie, nampak sekor-sekor masih lembik. There is no energy or punch in their movements, and meka semua ni kira kalao setakat standard tahap RTM punya backing dancer leh la...

Time ni aku confuse... kenapa Velvet asik main rambut dan pose depan cermin. Mmm.. quite vain isn't she?

Dalam kelas Umi, bab antara Velvet dan Salima tu, aku puji tul si Velvet punya lakonan. She was emotionally moving, utilising her physical exterior to add to the emotions of her character. Salima just had no depth.

Kalau Velvet lakon ala Fazura punya standard, si Salima ni... erm... kira taraf extra dalam cerekarama RTM yang make up jer lebih tapi lines tuh cam reading je.
Boo!

I like Umi's explanation of perception and how the kids could really be something else and yet be potrayed as something else to the view of others.

Aku rasa penjelasan Umi tu... memang orang patut renungkan.

You see... orang tanya aku memacam, like ko tak rasa bersalah ke kutuk bebudak ni semua camni. Pastu meka kuar ko buat baik.

Jawapan aku senang.

Akademi Fantasia is a competition. Time meka dalam Akademi tu, kita berhak treat them as competitors, and you know, in any competition, berdaya saing tu tak bermaksudnya jahat.

Same with being critical... it's only as cruel as the competition really is.

Kalau meka gedik.. ke over.. ke sumbang suara.. kenapa lak kita tak berhak kritik? Da tayang kat TV.. da kita tengok... da kita AFUNDI...

Kalau takleh tahan ngan kritikan... jangan jadi artis.

But to be fair, meka yang lama ikut blog aku pun tau. Sejurus sahaja mereka terkeluar, tak kisahlah aku suka atau tidak, aku menyokong usaha mereka untuk menempah nama dalam kerjaya seni.

Dari Akademi Fantasia musim pertama, kedua dan ketiga... ada yang hebat dikritik tu, aku siap tunjuk posting yang lepas-lepas... sebab aku bukan hipokrit. Aku mengkritik dan menegur untuk kebaikan mereka.

Why am I saying all this? Because people get too emotional sampai habih competition pun terbawak that hatred.

Thank you Umi for that advice - and hopefully people will listen to what you told the kids and look deeper into that and understand... it's all a TV programme at the end of the day.

With this week, I'm trying to remain objective sebab I have never heard lagu-lagu tersenarai sangat, so tatau ler camna.

Dalam sehari dua ni tau ler...tapi aku rasa tugasan Haziq dan Salima ni makanan ruji meka ler... should be no problem to give us another boring show.

Seolah-olah mahu membunuh Farhan, Astro memberikan lagu omputeh pada Farhan. Excuse me? Didn't she already do Route 66 kat Prelude? Cuba bagi la kat Salima dan Haziq yang versatile nak mampos sangat tuh.

Anyway...erm...emo sekejap...ehem...

Dalam laporan Diari Akademi Fantasia hari ni, kesedihan tak nampak sangat dalam Diari pertama.

Nampaknya meka nih ramai-ramai adapting faster to the departures and getting used to the almost cruel fate of elimination.. which I tink is good.

Tapi at the same time, nampak sangat ada yang manipulative menggunakan airmata untuk meraih undi pada time perlu. Scheming motherf*****s!!!

Bab Dr. Eveready ari ni, aku suka sangat game dimana nama-nama ditempek pada dahi mereka, and they have to guess what they are.

Tapi in my true bitchy fashion... mana leh puas ati kan?

I would have preferred the game to have been more effective in teaching them that they can't always see things about themselves and it takes someone else to tell them what they are, so it could have become a game untuk lebih deal with criticism, which would be good for Rich yang seolah tak leh terima kritikan masa Bob Lokman yang kecoh tuh meroyan.

Bab game tuk bab telur tu could also have been somehow tie in with making them realise the competition also required teamwork and deliberation (intellgence too obviously) among members for the best results as a show like Akademi Fantasia does not thrive on just talent alone, but also in large part, their 'teamwork' and ability to deal with the environment.

Adus... Mr Carbs menyusul. Yes kids, Kevin Zahri muncul lagi dengan ceramah CARBS! Apa lagik (I seriously think that's as wide as his vocab gets). Tak bosan ke Astro ni???

Dia ni camna dapat keja dalam Akademi Fantasia ni?

I don't think anyone can stomach any more carbs (no pun intended)... so takyah ler tunjuk mamat ni!

Bring back Fatimah Abu Bakar ad student advisor and den mother!!! She did more pun, and I seriously think Akademi Fantasia tak perlukan ler seseorang nak pose cantik je.

Ingat Sains Rumahtangga ke??? Is this really practical information for the kids? I'm sorry but I think Mr. Carbs does not know what an artistes' lifestyle is like... but most of them don't have time to cook healthy. Take away healthy mungkin... (bangap tul!)

Moving on, bab komen persembahan tuh, aku rasa again bebudak dimanjakan. Sebab walaupun konsert kedua lebih baik dari konsert pertama, still, meka takleh benarkan bebudak ni terlampau relaks atau puas hati. Which is of course common and understandable in newcomers.

Back to bab nak puji rich sangat, erm.. I don't think he dealt well with the situation and I would asking him to improve instead of memuji dia pasal how he responded to Bob Lokman.Walaupun I thought Bob was over, but still, kritikan dalam dunia nyata akan datang dalam bentuk apa pun, and they have to accept it.

Sat.. sat... apa tuh? Kenapa si Haziq manja lain je ngan Rich?

Kalau rasa manja biasa... erm... ala abang dan adik.. er... kenapa anu tuh tutup ngan bantal lak??? Korang tengok balik and see what i mean... tapi confuse aku.
